The TLX has dual subs and 710 watts vs 1 sub and ~500 watts total system power in the Integra. The TLX is going to have a quieter interior too.

Tlx is about 15 percent more bass.

Probably slightly worse. It’s not as powerful or fine tuned. Since it’s basic being out in a Civic interior. Versus the other Acuras where the system was positioning, acoustics, and tuning was apart of the interior design.

You wouldn't be disappointed by either. Mazda Bose sounds fantastic for being hyped up way less than the ELS. And I'd rather have the Mazda for daily driving.

@@MackDesChamps Calmer ride, more low end torque, generally lazier car. And I prefer the interior and infotainment. Integra is also great, so it's a close call

As someone who was also interested in both these cars, I ended up going with the Integra over the Mazda because it's more fun to drive than the Mazda3, and I think it looks better too. More lazy is a great way to describe the Mazda3, which is another thing I liked better about the Integra as well. I did like the AWD and more powerful 2.5 in the Mazda3, but the less power issue is fixable with a Phearable tune, so it wasn't a huge deal breaker in my book. One month into owning my Integra and I still couldn't be happier in owning it! And DM Sound is right, the sound system is fantastic!

It’s their entry level cars. Civic/integra that have most road noise. Tlx and up isn’t bad.

I don’t mind road noise a bit I want to hear what’s going on outside as I’m driving too could be critical to avoid a accident

I own a 2023 Accord Hybrid I don’t know how to explain to you how Honda solved the sound problem from the previous generation the cabin is significantly quieter and much more relaxing. I lease my cars and I’ve had 2 10th gen civic’s 3 10th gen Accords and now this new 11th gen Accord it’s been the quietest

Big difference in cabin noise between the civic and integra. The integra is much quieter.

To be fair, Acura systems were always pretty good. The Honda ones were not.

​​​@@OrangematzI came from a 2022 Civic Sport Touring with the 12 speaker Bose setup, and I'm driving a recently obtained 23 Acura Integra A-spec tech package with the 16 speaker ELS system. Only a week into ownership, but I actually preferred the Bose Center point setting over the DTS Neural (surround sound) setting in the Integra, and I liked the sound from the Bose better as well. I don't think it's a fault of the speakers in either car, but more a way that the audio is delivered to driver in the Integra... It feels like I got the sound almost equally in both ears in the Civic, but in the Integra, my right ear gets more audio than the left, or maybe timing is off a little from each side. Played around with the zoning settings and found dead center to be the best setting, but still, I'm missing the previous setup because of this. Edit: also adjusted the bass since I found it to be a little heavy even on the neutral position, and still, my ears feel fatigued and/or uncomfortable when I listen in the Integra. I don't listen at excessively loud levels, either (6-10 on the volume).
