Had a Bad Boy MZ 42 inch for years. Cane it over stuff I really should use a slasher on. Only things I have trouble with are dust getting in the safety switches and a couple if broken wires in the electrical harness from vibration. (Never use WD40 on the switches, it holds dust.) Fitted tubes to front tires, (bought from go kart suppliers) as the tubless tires kept rolling off rims. All up, not a bad machine.

As long as it last you for years. you can’t really complain. So far I’m pleased with my mower. It’s been a good one. 👍🏻

I have an old zt elite 54 inch cut. 2013. Mow 6 acers a week. Kawasaki 730 v. 500hrs no problems.

Awesome. Mine is now at 200hrs and it’s had no problems. Just had that one issue with it surging but after I got that took care of it’s been great. Really good mowers all around. 👍🏻

Thank you for this video, I bought a Rouge at the end of last year and had it worked on 2 different times because of a surge and backfire. Never finding an issue. The second time they worked on it they took the carb apart and I am betting anything they fixed the issue without knowing it because it has ran perfect since. Great information!

Yea I’m pretty much in the same situation. Mine started backfire also but I haven’t really worried about it. I’m glad you got urs figured out! 👍🏻👍🏻

My problem was nothing serious. Still under warranty to. It’s a good mower and they feel tough and ride good and cut good. Of course there is better mowers out there and some worse mowers also but I wouldn’t shy away from one if u like the way they look and stuff. I have 2013 bad boy outlaw 61" with 31hp kasw was under water during Harvey for 6 days and has a little over 2000 hours still runs and cuts great we used it every day

Be safe and get you a mower stand to change your blades. You may be able to bench press it but it will hurt you. Just ride it and get your money out of it. Upgrade next year i guess? Be safe go get that mad money.

I’ll hold on this mower for a good while unless it just gives me a ton of issues. But I’m gonna put the hours on it pretty fast by the looks of it so will see. Yea I’m gonna have to get me stand. Thank you for commenting and watching! 👍🏻👍🏻

Love my bad boy revolt. Built like a tank and only prob in 3 yrs is a belt and pto wire came loose. Use it everyday for work

I replaced my main belt and then, I didn't get the PTO plugged back in properly. Fortunately, a glance under it and the wire with plug was right there hanging. Plugged it back in and went back to work. Great mower. I have the Briggs and Stratton which has been trouble free. Seems a lot of problems are with the engines, which isn't Bad Boy's doing. Glad they're fixing it.

Good motor man! can’t complain. I haven’t had any issues with bogging down In tall or wet grass. Also I know Kawasaki is probably the best motor u can get also. So I would definitely recommend it man! Thank you for tuning in and supporting the channel!👍🏻👍🏻

I HAVE A 22 MAVERICK HD WITH A 27 HP EFI HONDA ITS BEEN IN THE SHOP FOR STOPPING DURING THE CUT AND GAS GAUGE IS JUNK ALSO VIBRATES BAD FROM THE DECK AND LEAVING BAD PATCHES OF GRASS BEEN JUNK I GOT MY BUDDIES 13 HUSTLER COMMERCIAL 60" AND IT WALK CIRCLES AROUND THE BAD BOY ITS A BEAUTIFUL MOWER COMFORTABLE BUT A POS I HAVE LESS THAN 50 HOURS

@@RogersLawnCare THAT IS VERY TRUE AND IT MAY BE JUST THE HD WHICH IT'S BASICALLY THE SAME JUST HAVE BIGGER HYDROS AND MORE MOTOR CHOICES BUT I HAVE A FEW BUDDIES WITH COMMERCIAL MOWERS NEW OLD AND NOWHERE NEAR THE ISSUES I'VE HAD BUT HOPEFULLY U DON'T ENCOUNTER THOSE BUT FROM THE FORUM'S AND OTHER VIDEOS I THINK ITS DESTINED OVER TIME LBVS

@@RogersLawnCare UNDERSTAND THAT MY BUDDY'S TIGER IS A MONSTER NO ISSUES JUST A RECALL AND BRAKE ADJUSTMENT WAS LOOSE BUT NO ISSUES HE LOVES IT I USED IT A FEW TIMES AND WAS IMPRESSED SO GOING TIGER 2 WITH THE EFI KAWASAKI WHICH IS THE MOTOR HE HAS PLENTY OF POWER HARDLY CHOKES UP LEAVES A GREAT CUT HIS ONLY COMPLAINT IS THE BLADES ARE TOO LOUD WITH THE VELOCITY DECK BUT WE USE NOISE CANCELING HEADPHONES ANYWAY LOL

@@RogersLawnCare the sticks are way too stiff. It can be adjusted but the gas strut and the other linkage needs to be moved. The dealer told me that the twill tires would not tear up the yard but absolutely does, pretty bad.

Really I actually like my handles they are a little tough and the tires I got are pretty rough on the grass but I’ve managed to not tear up the grass to bad.

Any zero turn mower will tear up the grass if you don’t make a back up and turn into your next row. So many think they can just whip it around “zero turn” it doesn’t work well that way. The name of a zero turn mower is click bait 😂.

@@scooter6334 yea but tires do make a difference and the tires that are on mine tear up the grass a lot more and easier then my buddy’s Husqvarna and my dads Toro. They just come with a very aggressive off-road looking tire that isn’t to easy on the grass. 👍🏻 yes the name is definitely a lie lol.

Wow I hate to hear that. Sometimes things happen like that. It can happen with any brand. At least it’s a belt issue and not something with motor or hydros.

I bought a Bad Boy Elite for home use, DO NOT BUY FOR COMMERCIAL USE. Scag is the only way to go for daily or weekly use.

@@RogersLawnCare Scag is the Mercedes of mowers. I got the Scag Tiger Turf 37hp Vangaurd big block. So fast it's sick.
