In her research, Emily Ho seeks to understand the mechanisms by which nutrients affect the initiation and/or progression of chronic diseases such as cancer.
Emily is a College of Health professor in nutrition and director of the Linus Pauling Institute. She’s also an OSU Distinguished Professor and was recognized at a Beaver football home game for her important work.
