How do I fix from KZfaq launching and closes automatically while booting WIndows 11? I also keep getting a small prompt to choose "Allow" or "Block" notifications. I do not have it in Start-up folder nor in Task Manager.

Windows Store Install Service did it for me. I disabled it few years before, kind of dumbstruck that troubleshooter did not tell me it is not running.

@@gnstarz6924 Microsoft store install service was set to manual, same with ClipSVC. Setting them to automatic fixed the store for me. (2:13 in the video)

when i go to the client license service i see the service status stopped and when i click the start button a notification pops that says "windows could not start the client license service service on local computer Error 126 the specified module could not be found."
