2023 + Ford F350 SUPERDUTY Seat belt chime disabled!!

Please wear your seatbelt and abide local county/state and federal laws when driving your Ford Superduty.
This is an instructional video for disabling the audio chime if your seat belt is off. Always where your seat belt. I only disable this feature when on property getting out of my truck a lot with hooking up trailers or loading the bed of the truck.
Put the truck in accessory mode, seat belt unclipped and clip and unclip 3 times, pause do it a 4th time and unclip seat belt chime. You will see the seat belt icon blinking if the process was successful.

Thanks for this! I've been trying to get this to work by following the manual in my 2023 Lincoln Corsair and couldn't get it to work. The manual says to wait until the seatbelt warning turns off, wait another 5 seconds and then start the process. First time I tried it like you did by not waiting and it worked.

To be clear, this procedure ONLY and completely prevents the seat belt chime from ever sounding? The seat belt pop up window still shows up and works like normal, and the seat belt warning light stays on forever, correct?

Thanks for watching, yes chime is off now, pop up comes on but goes off in a few minutes after driving. The little red seat belt indicator is on at bottom of screen but its small and the big indicator in middle of screen and chime is off!

Thanks I have a 2024 F-250 rental truck and that chime was awful! Now it’s gone👍 Now how to disable the door open chime? Why ford thinks people don’t know the drivers door is open is really dumb!

This doesn't seem to work with the 2023 XL model. Neither do the instructions in the manual nor anything else I've found online. Driving me nuts!

@@CTECH-REVIEW hey! So I actually took the truck into work this week, and I was wrong. The chime has stopped! My error was that I assumed I wouldn't get the red seat warning on my screen still, but I do. Small price to pay to not have that chime harassing me! Thanks man.
