You can really tell when a garden has been productive. It’s full, with very little wasted space. Wondering about the long beans. I see you’re letting them dry for seed-how about the dried beans; how do they taste? I’d love to see what they look like, and if you use them for eating, maybe you could describe how you cook them?

Thank you Bill! I don’t care for the texture of the long beans fresh, they are kinda touch. So yes I decided to let them dry out. I’ve cooked the dry beans before and it taste pretty much like any other dry bean. I can show how I cook them once they are ready. 😊
