Here we have a new 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 Pro! This Sierra 1500 Pro comes in pacific blue metallic on jet black vinyl interior. The powertrain consists of a 2.7 liter turbocharged 4 cylinder engine mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission.
Standard features of this Sierra 1500 Pro include a backup camera, bluetooth audio, and Apple CarPlay/Android Auto compatibility. Additional features include standard KED headlamps with daytime running lights, aluminum wheels, and cruise control.

This is awesome engine, my friend has a 2021 and that engine 2.7 turbo works great here in the Rockies also he gets 10.2 liters per 100 klms on lots of hills. 26.3 MPG imperial in combined (30 MPH).

Personally to coin a phrase I saw on another comment section. This truck is for someone who doesn’t necessarily need a truck but want one. For someone like that a 2.7 liter truck is more than enough, they’ll never max it out.

I just bought a white 2023 GMC Pro 1500 2.7 turbo Crew Cab 6'6 bed. With deep discounts and no dickering I paid $37,200! That is what I paid for a loaded Z71 Silverado in 2009! As I get older, I disdain an overabundance of technology, which is what drew me to the simpler Pro. Everything you need, and nothing you don't need...

How do you like it? I was on the market for a 2022 gmc canyon at4 but everyone wants $40k I found one of these new for $38! New dealers are making room for the 24s

Good video. I have a 22, in arctic camo color...2000 miles. 20 mpg. Happy with it. My PRO HAS THE 6.5 FT BOX. PULLS MY SIDE×SIDE AND TRAILER, AND 850 ATV IN THE BOX EASY.

Nicely done vid! No one knows the longevity yet, but the 2.7 L3B motor currently has fewer problems than the current 5.3 V8 Ecotech. I think GM banked their best engineering into this engine. It has many applications already. Government is leaning hard on manufacturers for better emissions, not just fuel economy. I HATE EVs, but I wouldn't hesitate to buy a "4 cylinder" pick up truck.

Great review thanks, in regards to your comment about the 2.7 not being as fast as the 5.3: The heaven there been test done showing that the 2.7 is faster? And only marginally slower than the 6.2(at least on the low end, top end the 6.2 is a beast)

I do like the color that is about all unfortunately. Full-Size Trucks with a 4-cylinder engine is really not a real truck that can haul much. And where is the 13.2inch display? Oh forgot this is an economy truck. Also an upside down rear dealer license plate? Really? And all this manual do-it-yourself items with a $50,000 dollar price tag. LOL
