If you were worried enough about condensation you could have put solid spacing blocks down against the concrete between the uprights for your bench support. The fiberglass insulation just doesn't have a use case here. It's a head scratcher.

I just have a question as to what exactly did you use to connect the Goboard to the concrete base? Was that thin set and if so what exact type? Look forward to your response.

Why didn’t u fill in wall screw holes that dry pack is covering ( that are 1 inch from floor). ?

2:14 good luck sleeping that night. I still remember showering with vinegar (but to no avail) trying to get rid of the billion fiberglass needles poking my entire body. The most uncomfortable/itchy experience ever had.
