I test ride the new 2023 Haibike ALLMTN CF SE in Verbier on some awesome trails at Verbier E-Bike Festival!
Priced at £7699, the Haibike ALLMTN CF SE has a Bosch Smart 85NM motor, 750Wh battery, Mixed / Mullet wheelset, SRAM AXS shifting and Rockshox Suspension, with 160mm travel front and rear.

Haibike Mini Test at Verbier. Haibike mentioned that originally the bike was specced with a piggyback shock but had to be changed to this one due to stock constraints from SRAM - Hope you enjoy the vid it, shout out to Jon (The Bike Pilot) for some banging shots here!

Around 1500km on mine, and pleased with the bike and how it performs. But problems with the battery short circuiting, and is getting a new one.

I am riding Haibike for quite some time now and they are great. Yes, the looks are "different", which is most likely the very goal they are after. They tend to be on the more expensive side these days, but the feel of those bikes is great to say the least. Riding Focus, Cube and Giant too. Haibike is where I feel the most comfortable. Might be a fanboy feelign by now, Cube is following extremely close these days and even Focus is following suit with the geometry. Still, Haibike does the trick.

Hi Rob Did you encounter any problems with loose battery? Mine has come loose and smashing against carbon downtube and shutting down! Only covered 250mls 🤷‍♂️

Beauty is definitely in the eye of the beholder, I always wince at Hiabikes as to me they always seem to have hit every branch of the ugly tree

Fun fact: Verbier isn’t a place for ebikes. You take the ski lift and go up. Every track is super downhill

We rode up a lot of the time on ebikes 👍👍 I thought it was perfect for ebikes. No need to take lifts!

Thanks, Rob! Love to see new Haibikes! It does not have the Bosch Smart System which may be preferred), but for me the big negative is that hideous gap infront of the motor. I was a huge fan of Haibike, but they seemed absent in the last two years. Remember the huge splash the TQ-powered 'FLYON' Haibike made in 2019 at Eurobike? (Here was Rob's test kzfaq.info/get/bejne/mrmdn5eEzNOwhKc.html ).

The gap helps the cooling of the motor and avoids it overheating like on some other models.

455 is just too long. I'm 6ft 2 and find 440 is the sweet spot. Can always remove a spacer below the stem to add forward balance if necessary

Great looking bike but the Bosch display and controller are hideous. I don't understand why the display is not integrated into the frame with a minimalist OLED display with a small controller.

Not my design, to be honest. Motors become smaller and smaller and what is Haibike doing?! Designing a chunky whatever this lookthrough cage is at the bottom. 😏 Also the color is not what I personally like. Brilliant video though with great pictures as always!! 🙌🏼

I bought a Haibike all mtn7 just under 2 years ago. I love the bike but if you ever have to make a claim on warranty, I cant think of a worse company to deal with. The amount of things they say isn't covered by warranty is a complete joke. Almost to the point of being embarrassing.

Th e Heil bike ha always been hard on the eyes. Integrated battery has not helped the appearance either. The one I tested red Ike a couch. Least playful bike, clunky.

i had 2 haibikes....first was "cheap" for 2.300euro, second 3.500euro. you have to spend up to 5.000euro to get a good haibike.....at the moment i ride a canyon spectral on cf7 (5.000euro)....lots of difference......

Awful warranty, terrible looks, a bike built for people who have not done enough research and think that the slightly lower price is a value statement. Avoid at all costs.
