Motocross Action tests the 2023 Husqvarna FC450 Rockstar Edition at Glen Helen Raceway. What are some differences from the Rockstar Edition to the standard model? The seat height is different, an FMF muffler is added, a skid plate is added, adjustable offset triple clamps are added, a semi floating front rotor is added, a skid plate is added, a GUTS seat cover is added, a Pro Taper handlebar pad is added, Rockstar graphics are added, and more.

Yeah, my mistake! I got a little excited there. We've also been testing the KX450SR which comes with X-trigs

Feels like bikes are tweaking themselves into boredom. Nothing breaks out anymore like, "whoa!" It's like, "they moved this by 2mm, have slightly more power and have a frame, that although it looks the same... is completely different."

Call me superficial, but the overall appearance, with a predominantly black color does not match the asking price. KTM and GasGas color ways are much more appealing and would get my money before this one.

Come on MXA, you guys gotta stop saying theee 450e are making close to if not actually making 60hp because they sure as hell aren’t making that much power. At least to the rear wheel. They might make 60 at the crank but that’s the only possible way their making figures around 60hp. All independent dyno charts show modern 450s are really putting down 48-53hp to the rear wheel and 31-32lbs of torque. It’s disingenuous saying these bikes are making more hp than the old 500 2 strokes which make a true 55-57hp at the rear wheel and 10-14 more lbs of torque
