The Ginger and his team of EPIC Wellness Experts take on a 2023 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon, ripping out the poor 3.6L and replacing it with America's Most Wanted 4x4 Demon Engine Conversion kit. The team also replaces the suspension upgrades the axles to handle the 840 horse power.

If you do a hemi swap it's about $30k US, but a demon is much more because axle upgrades. Go to America's most wanted site it'll give you an idea. It's not cheap and probably will cost you more than you spent on your gladiator 😂

Loving this sleeper build. Right down to the 5 lug hubs in the 60 rear. Sometimes when you're at Costco you dont want people to know your truck is worth 100k more tnen the Mojave three spots down from you

Thanks for the question! Unfortunately, no there is no room under the truck due to the custom Magnaflow Exhaust and the auxiliary coolant tank for the supercharger. Cheers from the team at EPIC!

With this build, it is a street machine. We replaced the front axle shafts with RCVs and re-geared to 4.88 to match the rear Dana Semi-Float 60. If this was an off-road machine, then yes, we would replace the front axle housing/assembly.

The MPG isn't terrible, but it isn't great either. Really depends on how you drive the Jeep. I tend to drive with my hair on fire going sideways with the supercharger screaming all the time, so the MPG for me was wowzers lol.

Nope this is a receipt for failure America cars are made with very cheap parts then you ad a 800hp Demon motor, your right about it taking you to Cosco for hot dogs because that's the furthest that I would drive that Jeep 😮 Ask TSTN

These big hp large premium fuel guzzling rigs are awesome for those that can afford the swap and the daily driving of such a rig. How about a medium size V8 that runs on regular gas.? May not be Epic shit but would be better than the v6 or the govt ruined diesel that the dumbasses at jeep or stelantis decided to put in them. Gladiators need a V8 that runs on regular not a turbo or supercharger that requires premium. Hey jeep thats exactly why you have 15 or 20,000 units sitting on lots.
