Kymco dropped the ball with that wind screen , no reverse gear and no heated seat.

The lack of storage space and the look of them put me off this but it is a fast beast. I bought a tricity 300 instead as it looks better and has enough space under seat for 2 helmets and cost 4k less.

The lack of storage killed it for me. Further, that back seat rest is annoying. Amazing machine but I’m going with the piaggio 530

Good looking trike, regarding the license requirements did the legislation change in 2014 not allow car drivers to ride any size cc trike as long as they were over 21?

Did you go ahead with a part ex , if so how is it , I'm interested as I have a tricity and although storage is much better and mpg I'm tempted myself

No I didn’t but I did take it for a test ride. Very much enjoyed it, but when it came down to it, I just couldn’t justify the price.

@@user-jj6dh7zg7x fair enough , the price is a bit mad as I bought the 300 with 250miles on it for 6k and got a grands worth of extras. Also don't think the cv3 looks quite right..thanks for letting me know , ride safe !

i suggest when you park it for a longer time, put in on it's stand, and release the roll-lock system, it will last longer that way 😉

Just to let you know that in UK you can ride this as long as your 21 and have a full car licence the 2013 thing is for the EU not UK but you can only ride in UK if you pass after 2013

No sorry this is incorrect, please see this copied from the Kymco website or you can check out the DVSA website CV3 also allows for riding on a standard UK car license issued before 2013 and provides a foot pedal for familiar braking for car drivers

@@MechanicsView that is incorrect my friend if you search up UK 2014 legislation it states on there that anyone over 21 no matter the year with a full UK car licence can ride a trike vehicle in the UK only not in the EU

Probably PIAGGIO 530 is better than this and cheaper $11,999.00 It stands by itself when you lock it.

I test rode one of these before opting for a tricity 300. They are bloody fast. Pig ugley though and only room under seat for one lid. Tricity has room for 2 plus your sarnies. Also 4k cheaper. That won my vote.
