- The hood opens with the button under the Mazda logo. No need to do it from the inside. - The SkyActiv-X 186hp does 5.2l/100km highway and 6,3l/100km combined, or at least in my case. - This model, especially with the Soul Red Crystal, needs the 18" alloys. It looks a lot less appealing with the 16" ones. - Keyless entry is defenitely an option, it comes standard with the mid and upper trim levels (they do differ depending on the country). My 'luxury' had it as standard. One sensor inside the handle to open, one outside to lock. - The 3 comes with optional 360 degree camera's rear, front and on the sides

I purchased my 2023 Mazda 3 May 2023. There is a button to open the truck under the Mazda sign on truck. Great video!!

It puts out 191hp for the naturally aspirated engine and 250 for the turbo. Also the unk release is the bottom part of the Mazda logo in the rear

I am torn between a Corolla LE and a Mazda 3 sport (hatchback) GX for the same price, which one would you chose ?

If I had to pick between those two... I'd go with the Mazda, just based on styling. However the Corolla will undoubtedly be more reliable in the long run. But consider the Elantra, Hyundai has come a hell of a long way in the last ten years and the current generation won North American car of the year when it came out in 2021. With the Elantra, you'll get more legroom and trunk space and overall interior cabin volume than both of those options. You'll also get more safety technology, nicer infotainment system, more striking styling, more advanced high strength steel usage, a better comprehensive warranty and more tech features for your money.

@@edsgarage001 I actually test drove an Elantra, even though it cost 10$ less per month than the Mazda, I found the Mazda interior even at the base trim to be so much more superior ! I was willing to give the elantra a chance, but their track record with their engines have spooked me hahah, but indeed they’ve come a long way. Placed an order for a grey Mazda 3 sport for August, maybe my mind will change until then

Yeah the interior on the regular Elantra is a little bland... But the infotainment system helps to makeup for it. Don't worry about the current lineup of engines though. They've been great

Im buying my first car, ive been debating between a mazda, toyua, and honda civic. My issue is i love the mazda but the 2019 doesnt havr wireless carplay compard to the honda civic 2022 but i feel like thats a silly thing to nicpick

I have a 2020 civic, and the ONLY thing that would make me go to Mazda is the awd. The civic can be a pain to drive when there's snow on the road.

@ya_capalot dont buy the elentra. Korean cars have a history of having bad engine and bad customer service.

Is that color soul crystal red metallic? It looks more like a candy apple red which is confusing because the only red on the mazda website is soul crystal red.

How was the visibility when driving? I heard that the hatch does not have good visibility, I was wondering if the sedan was the same?

Get a Mazda…Hyundais elantras are known for having disasterous engine and transmission problems and do not last at all!!!SO NOT BUY A HYUNDAI I WARN YOU

The button is hidden on the bottom side of the mazda badge.

Honestly, I'm pretty sure I tried, but couldn't find it there. Hyundai has the same thing on the Sonata and the last gen Elantra, so I'm familiar with the hidden button. Maybe it's different on the Canadian model?

Nice lookin. Like the hatch better. Just wish it had a bigger gas tank or a lil better gas mileage. Great looking car and nice interior. Brakes may not be awesome. Cool car for single drivers. You must hav a lower level.model there. Heated steering wheel doeant matter to me..at all. I need to test drive one...2024 upper trim has bigger display and the non basic trim will have elect seats i a sure..not bottom level like this vid. The manumatic shift will be different.. it is opposite direction of one I have for my old Altima.

Oh come now, I got maybe 2 things wrong. Reviewers rarely know EVERYTHING about the car they review. What about all the many things I explained about the car that were completely accurate? I watch Straight Pipes, Throttle house, TFL, Car wow etc... And I often pick up incorrect points that they have made. Sometimes I'll comment, and KINDLY correct them. But we're all just humans, we make mistakes.
