My own true experience, I was in love with XUV 700 post its launch, booked in July 2022, first date was Feb 23, later moved to Dec 2023. Sales people unprofessional, I got fed up and booked Hector facelift during mid-Jan 2023. Treatment at MG was 10* better, got my car in 1.5 months, delivery closure by coming week. Behavior of Mahindra people was like, you wanna go, go, we don't care. No push on customer retention. They gave me tough time to cancel my vehicle and refund the booking (took 1+ month). Mahindra product is good, but customer handling is terrible. For both I opted for their respective top ends (AX7L vs Savvy Pro). MG scores 360 degrees. Now people who crib Indian vs Chinese, end of day consumer wants a good product + excellent pre + post service experience for the hard earned money they are paying. Edit 1 - I took MG hector Savvy pro CVT from Nagpur, and drove it to Bangalore on day 1 right after delivery, 1200+ km covered like a charm. These guys are cribbing on lack of power, but trust me there's nothing like it, vehicle is sufficiently powered and the it overtook trucks and every other car without even breaking a sweat. No other car in this segment can beat the comfort. 1200+ Kms, in 16 hours, and no fatigue at all. Treatment from MG, and delivery made me feel special for buying 25+ lakh vehicle.

Sir I've booked the XUV 700 ax5 but the same staff is always clueless i booked it in dec 2022 it was showing 4 months waiting it's June now i went today and they were like the current waiting period is Jan 2024 every time, i go and ask them to call the particular sales person I've booked the car to had left the job it happened twice every time i have to connect to a new guy and again new story, I've always loved hector the only issue is mileage can you give me your honest opinion about mileage according to your experience sir I'm from Delhi

@@ps_sanjan6093 just now came back from 500km trip, the average shown in mid was around 15.1 mixed City and highway conditions. I got around 19.1 in highway with speeds maintained around 100-110 with rpm below 2000 which extracts Max fuel efficiency.

XUV700 is a good car. But I personally love the upmarket feel of MG Hector. A car that's rich in technology, great ride comfort, smooth refined engine, good safety and amazing after sales service.

Hi Bro i like the design of The New MG Hector NextGen CVT transmission Petrol Variant and XUV700 have more width, Engine power, safety features built-up quality and less interior features... But The New MG Hector NextGen CVT has safety features built-up quality, More interior premium features, Comfortable ride quality, spacious but less in Engine power and this MG Hector is a SUV car but it's not Sports and an enthusiastic car. So buyers can see as a premium Family SUV car but XUV700 is an enthusiastic car it has a more Engine power... That's why my family booked The New MG Hector NextGen CVT transmission Sharp Pro Petrol Variant Candy White Colour without ADAS Features and it's a rs24.73lakhs on road price Thane Showroom ( Mumbai )... 👍👍👌👌

the "automatic turning indicator" is useless because you need to turn on the indicator before you take a turn so that the vehicle in the back can know it and prevent collisions but the indicator turns on when you rotate the wheel all of the sudden making it a useless and dangerous feature

I am writing to convey my disappointment, dissatisfaction, and an immediate resolution to the issues we are facing from our car purchased just 3 months before. (MG HECTOR PLUS7 SHARP PRO DSL 6 MT) As a customer I regret to say that so far we have not received any authentic response to our complaints , we fail to see the company not working as per the commitment towards its customers . Due to the irresponsible and negligent behavior towards the customer we have lost our faith in the company. We would request the company to help us with the required solution either amicably else we would be forced to approach consumer court for our rights . Enclosed are the copies of the complaints with pictures for your reference. Following are the complaints 1. Add blue tank noise sound. 2. Rust found inside such a new car. I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem. I will wait for another week before seeking help from a consumer protection agency or other assistance.

Xuv doesn’t have: Powered boot Ventilated seats Auto dimming irvm Auto turn Traffic jam assist and bend curve assist and auto high beam assist Middle row space adjust Remote key start No ambient lights Remote start Sub-par sony music system Suspension thud-thud noise Length and height “Football” effect in boot Doesn’t feel like 30 lakh vehicle Inside 1 year of waiting period

I'm a mahindra fan but mahindra disappointed me A relative of mine was looking for a good comfortable 6 seater I adviced him XUV700 , but hus budget was limited to 20 lakhs , at that price mahindra is offering cheap hard plastics in the cabin and very basic stuff , the fit finish was really bad ( even i have checked out XUV700 from this close first time ) He then test drove hector , he's really impressed with hector now

first know about the car and then talk about its disadvantages. in XUV 700 there is auto high beam assist in which the lights are more powerful than mg hector, XUV 700 has traffic jam which is functioning in the name of stop and go function. and mahindra recalled XUV 700 and it has resolved the problem of suspension and in mg hector sometimes the adas will not work

Xuv still has many quality issues. Many people reported engine and electronic sensors failure issues. Many people faced brake failure and brake shoes wear issues. Mahindra after sales service is like shit.
