Jett too me is the same tier of shooter with more self-creation upside. + huge for a shooter. Gradey would be a good pick too, but I’m really not a fan of Hawkins higher than like 20.

I really think Ausar can play 1-3 & guard 1-4. Paolo & Franz & I still believe in Jalen & Kelle so I don’t think a traditional pg is needed. Having 1-4 that can handle/ create/ facilitate is awesome & Jett a top2 movement shooter in the draft at 6’8. I really like Keyonte on the Magic as well if he’s available but I don’t think AB, Nick Smith, JHS really worth taking there specifically for the Magic for AB.

@@JBHOOPS100 naw magic loaded I don’t think they need a pg either they actually in tough spot because one of these top picks won’t play. I believe in development of Suggs as well. Hawkins being a 3 yr guy he’s ready to play. Ausar can’t guard 1-4 more than likely positonless bball is a myth. You got wings wit bad vision dribbling too much and gaurds getting bullied labeled as wing defender.

Yeah I absolutely love Lively, Elite defensive prospect that brings everything you want in a modern 5. Mavs would be a great fit for him, & I think they'd target him if Hendricks is off the board. Could probably trade back a few picks but I can also see any team from 10 being extremely interested in him.

If mavs cant get one of the top forwards theyre trading the pick 100% theres still really good talent at guard there so its still a very valuable pick but i agree taylor hendricks is my perfect scenerio at 10

Yeah I can see that happening, Jazz are a great landing spot for AB, just personally prefer Keyonte.

Wouldn’t be surprised, I’d like it if they stick with Beal, just really unconfident in the touch/ shooting & halfcourt game. Wizards got a lot of stuff to sort out with development & coaching anyway, I just hope they don’t hurt a prospects development.

I’m insanely high on Amen, think he can be a perennial All-NBA guy & MVP candidate. Ausar definitely can be great too. I don’t think Jarace has that type of upside, Cam great as well but Amen, Victor & Scoot my top 3 for sure.

You mean like trading #2 (Scoot) for #3, Nurk & another pick? Idk I think i'd rather just stick with Scoot. Not super high on Brandon Miller, Nurk isn't making you that much better + i like Mark Williams as the 5. I think Scoot has MVP upside so i''d just stick with him, develop as a team & maybe a free agent will sign or they make a big trade with their contracts/ picks/ young guys.

@@justinbrown2199 obviously it’s never ideal to take the ball out of a player like Melo’s hands but Scoot is just like that. + I think Scoot really helps with melo’s deficiency’s as a primary; rim pressure, consistently bending defenses & just general physicality & LaMelo is an elite high volume shooter so I think the fit is actually great. They could also stagger them, have LaMelo have bench units where everything runs through him & when they’re together you’ve got more of him off-ball.

I just don’t think drafting for needs is a smart decision at the top of the draft. Paolo & Franz are the only guys I’m certain will stick around. WCJ, Fultz, Suggs & Cole are great pieces but they shouldn’t impact who you draft. Ausar BPA at 6 & imo is one of the best Defensive prospects in the draft.

Amen is just an unknown in the eyes of your typical fan, & because ppl are more in tune to NCAA there’s always going to be in favour of the guy they see more of. BMiller got very real questions in the halfcourt + against size & athleticism, Yes Amen is a bad shooter but the playmaking, athleticism, finishing & defensive potential is elite.

Yeah probably won’t happen, can see Wizards or Jazz taking him earlier, maybe raptors too but that’s an awkward fit imo. Just have some other guys I prefer.

Yeah might not, I still think he’s incredibly talented & could contribute even if it’s not as a star he was once thought to be. Always going to be a place in the league for guys who can get buckets + the passing/ help D is passable/ decent & he tested better at the Combine this year.

Just can’t see jazz selecting him with the 9th…but maybe 16th or 28th One ☝️ philosophy is jazz will do whatever within reason to get what they want…if they know and are certain ….like scoot …they would make deals to move up if that was really the must have player… So far jazz have a few in each position. Can’t see them giving up the farm as this draft class is deeper. It will come down to philosophy after the dust settles. Spurs are in the driver seat for sure…they know what they want and have the cap and picks to get in the top4 again. Totally 💯 worth it which is why some teams will to play ball 🏀 and get some picks from spurs Jazz will attempt free agency and sign and trade besides this draft. I think Ime Udoka is a great coach tbh. I love Amens fit, KPJ is still good just not a Pg. Would be great for him to be a secondary combo off the bench & play more off-ball as he’s a really great shooter & defensively he can be elite when he’s locked in.

Yeah I get they want high feel, high impact/ effort guys but I really think GG is just too talented. They could take a big shooter but at some point you’ve got to take bpa & imo that’s GG.

He might have the highest amount of physical talent available, but he is output last year wasn’t bpa. Bufkin, Dick, and Black better fits for OKC even if Black duplicates Giddey a little too much.

@@Oshakara I’m really not high on Black specifically for the Thunder. I’d love for them to trade up for Cam or Jarace, but a big wing like Jett or Gradey would be cool too. I also just don’t put a ton of value in college production. Obviously it matters but it’s a limited sample, context matters & it’s just a completely different game.

@@JBHOOPS100 Cam would be fine, but is not worth what it would cost to get him IMO. Jett isn’t a great fit either. The Thunder’s only double late scheme doesn’t require you you to be a great defender (we have Giddey after all) but you can’t be a disaster like Jett. Throw in that his other weakness is he’s bad at getting to the rim and I will pass. Jarace and Gradey are much better fits.

I don't think Keyonte is really a gamble. Elite shooter, better playmaker than his scoring guard peers in the league/ class & can be better defensively. He's reported slimmed down from 225 to 200 & looks more explosive. I like Gradey & Hendricks but not sure they have the upside some other guys do so wouldn't take them for a rebuilding team with few core pieces.

@@JBHOOPS100 jazz won’t gamble for upside. Have inside info on them and the metric and how they will approach draft. Nice part is it won’t matter because they will select best player available for position and or guard. We just don’t know how other teams will impact those positions. We just know like you drafted that somebody will fall into their hands 🙌 That selection is an upside type and jazz will wait and go upside say 28th though they may package that on a trade etc

That’s fine, he’s better now, but I just find it hard to have a guy that high that struggled to beat college defenders otd. He’s probably the best pick for the Blazers but I see much more of a 3rd/ maybe 2nd option than primary guy.

KAT definitely doesn’t have that type of trade value anymore & I’m not moving Scoot if I’m the Hornets anyway. Would have to be like KAT, Jaden & Picks which is unlikely.

Yeah his value probably at an all time low. I think they should just stick it out with him & Rudy, they’re going to get Better & IK KAT can be a lot better, but Jaden’s development will be huge.

I don't see this evidence of "KAT can be much better".. The fact of the matter is he's never been that guy and these injuries and just complete lack of ability to play any defense is pretty damning. Minnesota has to be the worst mismanaged team in the entire NBA at this point. They had a great opportunity to just move Towns and cut ties with a player on a major downward spiral but instead chose to give up a massive haul for Rudy wrongly believing that having him next to KAT would somehow hide both players defencies..oh how horribly wrong they were

@@EDTheOneable KAT still a special shooter. Just got to figure out how to fit in on both ends. Their D should be great with Ant, JMac & Rudy so as long as KAT is passable & their Offense continues to improve I still think they’ll be tuff to beat. Love Mike Conley & think he’s a great fit but they’ll need a replacement pretty soon. Some teams will be desperate & give you a solid package for KAT anyway so I’d definitely explore that. Portland/ Nets/ Bulls/ Raptors/ Warriors would probably be interested & could give a decent package of role players & picks.

@@JBHOOPS100 sure KAT is a special shooter as a big man but all of his other flaws hardly make the special skill matter that much.. You just can't have your big man be a complete siv on defense, be injured so much, and just be overall scared to go to the basket.. If you want to make him a spot up shooter at the top of the key as a big that's one thing but that majorly diminishes his value especially for what he's being paid.. No team is giving you much value for that especially nothing near the 3rd overall pick.. This narrative of KAT being a star player anymore that is worth something like that is just ridiculous at this point.. Even the most desperate NBA team sees this. I follow Minnesota heavily and trust me they would absolutely love to get back any future value they could get from KAT but it's just not there.. A late round pick a roleplayer is probably the max they could get at this point.

The defense on this team has really sucked, and there is currently one actual PF on the entire roster, Jalen Smith. An upgrade with a defensively minded 4 would help a great deal.

Yeah especially with Hali, Math duo being very rough defensively. Would love a Rim-pressure guard to pair with Hali aswell or even just a bigger athlete on the Wing like Ausar!

@@JBHOOPS100 I've actually had my eye on some of the foreign wings like Ryan Ruppert and Bilal Coulibaly to bolster the perimeter defense with one of the later first round picks or perhaps those picks packaged to trade up a few spots if they are going higher than 26 or 29. I'd love to acquire Taylor Hendricks at 7 then maybe Coulibaly and Trayce Jackson-Davis with the later picks. That would be a great Pacers draft from my perspective and address a ton of vital needs for this team. I want players that defend out of this draft.

Haha. Yeah Gradey fits nice, but I’m not as high on him & really think GG can be a star. Raw prospect but so much upside & think you can attain a shooter/ 3&D wing/ forward in FA or via trade with all your assets.
