How do retirees fit in Reno? I would like to move from the east coast. How is the condo market? Thanks

There are plenty of retirees that move to the Reno area. There is not a lot of single level townhouse or condos in the area though.

I'd like to see interest rates get down to the 4's before I buy property...not sure when that would happen. Seems like homes are still inflated. Thoughts?

We are unlikely to see rates in the 4’s for a while. With lower interest rates comes with more competition and higher prices.
