These kind of smartwatches are usually a disappointment. I would rather buy a less fancy smartwatch but good working one.

Even if it has a microphone (I don't think it does but maybe?) I don't think it would be good enough for that. For taking notes, I'd either speak directly into the telephone or (if the telephone mic is getting bad) use the microphone on a headphone set.
