You described our sweet town of Sebastian quite well! I was born and raised here in Florida. Sebastian is one of the true last real hometown beach towns standing and that’s why we love it. I live in Ocala FL. But LOVE Sebastian. That was a great video you made . My mother and father live in Sebastian. I miss it and want to move back to Palm Bay or Sebastian soon .

I lived in Sebastian Fl. In the early 1990's. Love the area we visit once a year go to the beach at the inlet state park.

Like the Vero Beach to Hamptons on Long Island,... Sebastian is like Montauk, Long Island

I prefer Hallandale beach Florida beautiful city good beaches and restaurants and growing businesses and communities, and good night life.

I strongly suggest if you want to get to know the areas he covers, fly into Orlando/Melbourne International Airport. Then drive across to “Beachside”and down along A1A to Stuart. I did and am now living on the Space Coast 😊. The Treasure Coast is very different from my area,but he covers both. Good Luck and most importantly have fun.
