Sebastiaite since 2004. Terrific area if you're 55 and up semi-retired or retired it's great. If you have kids the high school is fabulous no problem with our kids here they're active and not in the bad way that we're all being told by movie theaters. As for a car mine died a year ago and I find I get around fine with my Uber person on call if I need a ride and we do have a website here where everybody talks to each other and when I needed to go vote all I did was mention it once that I needed a ride to the poll and this very nice person drove me to the poll back no questions asked. So if you're looking for a place that has full-time feelings and morals and common Sense Sebastian's a place to go. Yes you can boogie woogie if you want to many private boogie clubs for those who want to go out and mingle but if you want to go to church no one's going to cross their eyes at you and if you want to go to the library and challenge your brain you're more than welcome to go it's a good town it's a good place and it feels safe. Don't look for cons look at the pros. Get more for your buck! Everything's in Sebastian but you need all you have to do is look for it.

We lived in that area for a few years. Some people are nice, but most are obsessed with politics, "freedom", guns, and very intolerant of others that have different points of view and/or not from the southeast states. Cops go on overdose and gun calls every day. And the drinking water tastes horrid. You need to buy bottled water. On a positve note, there are some really good BBQ, Cuban & Mexican restaurants. Forget finding good pizza and Asian food.

Capt Hyrams is great! I'm a fisherman, and Iove the Decor. Friendly staff, great food! As far as Sebastian goes, there not alot of work. Great place to move once you're established.

There are many "brand/chain" restaurants alittle north on Malabar or Palm Bay also Kohls JcPenney Michael's Target Sam's Costco

Rent for year before you buy

This is ridiculous. New homes in Sebastian routinely come with granite countertops, carpet in the bedrooms and vinyl wood plank flooring. I’ve lived here for 5 years and have never seen Formica here. All builder grade, of course, but the average new construction is the same in Sebastian and Vero. The cabinets are plywood, too, just like the standard cabinets in the average Vero home. Note construction “on the island” in Vero is very high end but the Vero mainland is very similar to Sebastian. Sebastian has more infill building, but there are many new developments with all the HOA crap if that’s what someone is looking for. I’m not a huge civic booster, and find both towns too small and rather boring Please get your information accurate. I’ve watched several of your videos and they are factually incorrect
