Final Episode of our 2023 Spain-Portugal Motorcycle Tour with IMTBike. We rode from Cuenca to IMTBike headquarters in Madrid, Spain. We had a coffee break stop at La Tejera, lunch at Asador el Molino in Pastrana and a delicious dinner at Couzapin Sidreria in Madrid. We rode through Parque Natural de la Serranía de Cuenca, which was beautiful. We also rode along Rio Tajo, which is the longest river in Spain, crossing into Portugal and empties into the Atlantic Ocean in Lisbon.
