Congrats! I actually bought my 2022 Toyota Sienna XSE from Fred Haas Country... I gave them a heads up about the GR Corolla, probably 18 months before word was circulating around. They called me about the first one they received and even having bought a car less then a year before and also needing a truck (I was interested in the upcoming Tacoma), they wouldn't play any type of ball. No relationship building. No knock to the employees, they are beholden to what the owners and management of the dealership care about and what people are buying... glad they were able to help you for the deal you wanted. I had to go 6 hours south in Texas to make it happen. Good to see some additional GR Corollas in the same city. Congrats again!

That’s awesome! Congrats! I’ll be at coffee and cars Houston next Saturday if you’re able to go as well. Would be cool to meet fellow GR owners. And I agree with your statement. Honestly, I blame the market vs. Toyota. Fred haas has honestly taken care of me historically. This is my 4th or 5th vehicle from them and they’ve even sold me a camry almost $7k below MSRP. So with the current market, i understand their position as well. Not selling by volume anymore and they gotta keep the lights on too haha. Hopefully this market stabilizes soon. First thing I’m doing is refinancing this Corolla lol.

Congratulations! Best color of all the GR Corollas. I appreciate your candidness about the markup. It stinks, but it's hard for anyone that has not been on a waiting list to find one for MSRP or even less than a $5K for a Circuit. Hope to join you as an owner of one of these soon.

Thank you! 🙏. Crazy part is the color was simply luck. Fred haas had no control over their allocation and whatever comes in is what I get. Fortunate it played out the way it did. And yes, mark up is hard to avoid on a vehicle limited to 1500 units and waiting as long as I did, wasn’t going to take the risk of passing up on it. Hopefully yours comes soon! You’re going to love it. I’ve honestly owned many cars and to be honest, this has to be my favorite. I’ll highlight why when I do an owner’s review. 🙂

I know man. Unfortunately, there wasn’t much I can do about it. This was the only allocation they were receiving of the Circuit Edition. Also, the waitlist consisted of 12 guys ready to pull the trigger had I backed out. That’s what a limited run vehicle will do

@@TristanGrimaldo I hear you my friend California's the absolutely worst state in the Union to buy a limited-production car they rape everyone. Remember drive it like you stole it, enjoy it buddy. By the way your friend bought the wrong Porsche. He should have got the standard GT3 in Touring trim, with a proper manual transmission, ultimate sleeper. I mean who wants a sports car with an automatic transmission, come on. Manual= more driver involvement, more driver engagement, more driver fun fun fun.

@@layne4376 Southern Ontario. No adm for me and no dealer fluff like rust proofing, paint protection film, roof racks none of that garbage. I just paid msrp + sales tax. Didn't even charge me for the supersonic red paint.
