First of all, I am a HUGE Bama fan, since the Bear was coaching and Musso was running back. But I think its going to come down to how much was lost at the head coach position. I personally think alot. I see Bama losing to Georgia and Tennessee. And I hate that, especially Georgia. But I see Bama beating LSU and making the playoffs!

Ceiling is 12-0 and floor is 10-2. A 10-2 Bama team may still make the playoff too. I think it'll be either Georgia, Tenn, or Oklahoma who can beat them. Georgia will be interesting losing their top offensive weapons against a young secondary. Milroe will have a field day on them though!

Bama’s bye weeks come at Great times… Before Ga and LSU would make it a Bama W under Coach Saban Remains to be seen with Deboer 🤷‍♂️ I do think they beat UT in Neyland just because of that loss a couple years back!!! Like you’re saying… Just my thoughts 🤷‍♂️

Worst case? ALA loses to WIS, UGA, TEN, MIZ, LSU, OU. 6-6. I'm not predicting that, but they could easily go 8-4, new coach, lost half the team in the portal/NFL/Graduation. Overrated QB. Lost their only top WR1 Bond in the portal. They're not going 11-1, prob not 10-2 either. Sabans gone.

😂😂😂 we did not lose half the team. More players transferred out before Nick Saban retired. Deboer made it to the national championship with a far less talented roster, especially in the trenches. He took over a dumpster fire team that was 4-8, whose head coach got fired for hitting a player. Took them from 4-8 to 11-2, beating Texas his first year and making it to the national championship game in year 2. Ahh, but sure, he's going 6-6 or 8-4 with inheriting the most talented roster he's ever had. I have no idea how he will do in the SEC, but clearly, he can coach and would be shocked if he goes 8-4 or worse with a more talented roster

@@katlynnlamb509 You're right. They lost 39 transfers to the portal. They lost Sayin, Proctor, Bond, Downs, Brooks, McLaughlin. etc. etc. 12 guys in the draft. 1 free agent. So that's 51 players. I was wrong, that's more than half of the 80 scholarship players, lmao. 4 OLineman starters gone including LT. WR1 gone. WR2 gone. CB1 & CB2 gone. Both edge rushers gone. K maybe best player on the team, gone. RB1 gone. Deboers is filling up the team right now with 3 star transfers from G5 schools just to fill out his roster. Guys Saban never would have gotten. Saban was essentially the DC & lead recruiter for the team. He's gone. Worst case means you lose the games you'll be a dog in, lose the tossups, & lose a few gimme's. That's 6-6. I think they're still Bama & they'll be 9-3 to 8-4, but 6-6 is possible if they're just flat, especially in the first half of the season. WIS (in Madison), UGA, MIZ all in a row could easily be 0-3. You never know. If Saban was still running the team they're 10-2 floor.

⁠⁠@@jmfbizzleProctor is back. We lost 2 starting o-lineman. Latham the only 1 will be missed wish seth the best but he was selling. we got mutiple five star edges behind them. We upgraded at the center position. Rb room stacked. got a better wr coach. better scheme.

@thatguynate2581 Everybody has HS kids behind their starters. Big deal. You want to start a FR at OLine? lol Unless you've got Orlando Pace in the locker room that'll be a disaster. You still lost over half the team. The entire defense is suspect. It's still a talented team, but not Saban talented. ALA didn't win b/c of defense. They ran a pro style offense, heavy run, defense. That's the team he inherited. You can't just flip the page in a season. Look at what happened at WIS. Same thing with a cupcake schedule last year.

I seriously think 12-0 is a possibility. I expect Alabama to be 3-0 heading into UGA, and Bryant-Denny is going to be rocking like it hasn’t in 17 years probably. I don’t remember the last time Alabama wasn’t favored in a home game. Good time for 100,000 fans to make their presence known.

You are delusional. Jalen Milrore is trash. He went 3 of 9 in a spring game where he cant be touched. The only thing Bama has going for them is probably the best RB room in the nation. Bama was a feild goal away from having 4 losses last year. I was looking for Milroe to get better and that did not happen. He can run but he completes less that 50% of his passes. If he does complete a pass they person has to stop, jump as high as the can or it hits the ground and bounces into their hands.

I think 2 losses is a fair prediction. I'm not so sure the 2 losses come in the particular games you suggested, though. Georgia is in Tuscaloosa, which makes me lean bama there. Oklahoma is a classic trap game set up with that game being in Oklahoma and the week before the iron bowl. So i'd probably swap the Georgia loss for Oklahoma. I can arguably agree with Tennessee being the other loss, although, it's a close 3 way between: them, LSU, or Auburn for that 2nd loss.

Alabama should go 10-2/11-1 with potential for an undefeated season. Can’t deny the possibility with 23 five stars on the roster (the most in CFB by 5+). Georgia & OU are the games I would eye. Georgia for obvious reasons & OU due to the unfamiliar road environment. Don’t think LSU’s defense will be improved enough to stop a DeBoer led offense. Tennessee doesn’t have the talent to match up in my opinion (unless they have currently unknown breakout players similar to ‘21).
