In today's episode, we start off with a few clips from Justin's trip out to this years #bornfreeshow with our good friend Jetty. After that we get back to work on Jetty's BRAND NEW 2024 #harleydavidson #cvost that he purchased from Tommy and the boys over at Cowboy Harley in Austin Texas! We pick up where we left off by installing some new parts and products from some of the industries leading brands. Over the next few weeks this bike should hopefully transformed from a factory built Perfomance Bagger into a true one-off #performancebagger that any person would be stoked to have in their garage, I know I would! So Keep your eyes peeled for more on this bike as the month of July continues!

Why not use the stud bracket for the lights off the factory fender

Since we used small spacers to kick the lights out, the threads wouldn’t haven’t been long enough. Were actually replacing the setup with some well nuts similar to want holds the rear seat portion on so all we have to do is thread in the screw

So it’s looking like we have designed a handlebar to increase height, narrow the width, and produce less pullback to give the bike a better feel rather than swapping risers. The bars will be in this week so once we get a chance to mock them up, we will def post a video and let everyone know what we think. If this doesn’t work, the plan is to create either lifts for the stock risers or a whole new set of risers to resemble the stock stuff but that is designed for a 1” bar instead of the stock 1.25” bar

You should cut the rear fender even with the bottom of the taillights. This bike is so bad ass ! 🤘🏻

We talked about it off camera. Once we have the spacing on the bags and everything firmly attached, we can trim it. I agree it would probably look better!
