I loved my standard cab truck i used to own but the lack of storage in the cab is why i always get crew cabs now.

I like when you review lower trim level trucks that more people can afford . You should do the Ford 6.8 versus 6.6 GM gas Towing

Drove one of these about 2 years ago. Only had about 900 miles on it. Someone traded it in for some reason. It actually rode really decent. Got to looking it over and the previous owner had swapped out the shocks for Bilstien 5100's. Definitely helped. Found a new one at McCombs Ford in Texas in Darkened Bronze Metallic. Looks sharp from the pictures. Little bit of a logistics problem from Indiana to Texas to see it in person. Definitely going to get the F450 regular cab pickup eventually. Thank you for the review and drive. Very helpful.

I just ordered a new 450 reg cab one week ago .I got the regular out put 6.7 .I was told it will be built faster less demand than the HO .I got a xl with every option for the most part but i have x2 weeks to change any thing .I was thinking about adding xlt but we will see .I picked the Darkened Bronze color !

I own 2023 F450 regular cab 2WD. Just completed a 3205-mile cross country trip with a 5500 lb Lance 1172 in the bed. Avg. mpg was 13.68 at mostly 60-62 mph on cruise control! Empty rides better than 2019 F350 regular cab 4WD I had. I am super pleased with this truck! This truck has 6216 lb bed capacity and my 2015 F450 4WD crew cab only had 5625 lb bed capacity. Just depends on how you want to use this truck.

I really appreciate those temps you checked. It's one of my biggest concerns going from the older s130 rear axle to the newer dana m300. That reservoir between the engine & trans is the transmission oil cooler/warmer.

I wouldnt own anything but a regular cab, just the way trucks are meant to be. Currently still driving my 1997 Ford F 350 regular cab 4×4.

It would be nice from to time for you to do temperature readings. What about doing the temperature readings on your truck, both load and unload.

They need to offer with I higher gear ratio in the f 450’s also they need to offer them with the 7.3 gas

If Ford could ever get their quality control issues figured out, they have a winner in that Power Stroke. I would get the S&S fuel pump replacement and call it good.
