I just bought a 2024 Eco Boost with the performance package yesterday. I was extremely satisfied with the power. I haven’t owned a Mustang since 1996 with the 4.6. I was blown away with the interior technology and the performance of the 4 cylinder engine. The phone charger picks up Apple carplay immediately. I love this car and the screen. Ford really thought this car out before they just threw it up on the production line. Outstanding job Ford!

The exhaust sounds really good for a four cylinder and that car is really fast for a 4 cylinder as well. Wow!... Your review is awesome!!!! Been following you for a very long time man you have come such a long way..

I have never been brainwashed into thinking a V8 is the end and be all of any sports car. The Mustang is not an exception. I would happily take this Eco Boost model over a GT.

For me, 2018 GT Premium owner, I recognize the “four popper” as a Mustang - sort of. There is something magical about the “5.0” badge, indicating a good ol’ American V8! Note - you get your money’s worth every time you start your 5.0 and enjoy that exhaust rumble. Also, for me, six speed manual only. Going forward, I’ll probably get an S650, if I’m able to get past the iPad dash. But for now, I’ll continue to enjoy my 2018 with a proper “analog” round dial traditional instrument cluster. Happy motoring 🤠

I got my 24 Ecoboost last month, first owner! I love it so much!! It’s so amazing on gas and my insurance is super low thanks to it having a 4 cylinder engine. I’m never trading this car in for anything else, it’s my baby for sure!! I’ve been averaging 27 mpg just driving in the city to work and back home 🐎

I rented a Service 2024 convertible EcoBooster 3 days ago when my BMW X2 was on scheduled Maintenance and it was great experience! it was my first time driving a Mustang! Even my 91 years old mom love it! 😂😂😂😂Great car! and great review too! thanks 🔥🔥👋👋💪💪💪💪

I’ve gotta hand it to you for parking the yellow mustang on green grass, looks great. And I like your unique camera angles too.

I believe the reason they added those lights in the grill was because of not being able to see the turn signal anymore from an angle. So if you’re at a 4 way turning left but someone is on your right they can see it turn orange. It would be harder for them to see the turn signal now since the mold of the grill blocks it with them being integrated into the headlight it’s self

Just test drove the 2024 eco boost it’s really not bad. Sounds better in person then on the video

I think that 4.3 for the GT is with the manual. The Auto is around 3.8.

As an EcoBoost owner, I can contest that the EcoBoost IS the better value of the two, though the V8 is still the better car (especially considering you can’t buy a manual EcoBoost in 2024).

Eco boost is ok but that little engine won't last as long as a 5.0 will. I'm sure it runs ok. I'm on my 3rd mustang and it's a 5.0 premium with track pack.

It’s a really good engine, in any other car. but every mustang eco boost owner I’ve ever met has started the conversation with, i didn’t want a v8 mustang because….., They tell you, it’s almost as fast at GT, lighter front end, fuel consumption, with lots of tweaks it’s almost as fast as a v8 etc etc etc. but no one has ever dreamt of owning a 4 banger mustang. It’s the same as boxster drivers, they start with I didn’t want a 911 because….. Be honest, it’s because they are just cheaper in all regards. But no one really wants the cheaper version of anything.

I'm averaging 30mpg city, 37mpg highway in my Ecoboost Premium.

I can just barely afford a base GT and it's kinda pushing it. I'm ordering a premium ecoboost with all the features I want, to me thats worth more than 4 extra cylinders and it's still way faster than my 08' v6.

I love this new Ford Mustang I want to buy.

I considered buying a new Mustang for my wife (she has a 2004 and 2011 now) but after talking to several connections with Ford Motorsports plus a couple of Ford mechanics i know i will have to pass for now. They all agreed that this turbo 4cyl is basically a hand grenade with the pin half way pulled .Basically Ford is having to push so much boost through this thing to get that horsepower that they are basically blowing the cylinder head off the motor. The same combo is also available in Ford pickups but with less horsepower and is reliable mainly because boost levels are lower. I have talked with 3 different Ford Dealers here in Georgia about a new Mustang and all goes well until i ask about the engine warranty and if extended warranties are available and then they clam up and start making all kinds of excuses. Bring back the v6 and i will buy one but until they fix this 4cyl grenade i will look elsewhere.

Mentioning how the ecoboost is just as quick as the gt reminds me of in the mid 70s when the gt mustang 5.0 litre v8 make such weak power and the 2.3 turbo at the time made just s mich hp as the v8 and was almost as quick as the v8

I doubt these new Mustang are going to sell as well as the last gen I've hardly seen any in my city besides one parked 2.3 but no GT have I seen roam around town. Just my take I prefer the S650 look perhaps the last Mustang model to have its retro interior.

Mustang-where have you gone? No more manual gauges replaced by a Nintendo Gameboy Dash. No manual transmission. Electric steering with no feel. The Magneride seems great for the suspension and I will say this the car is a looker. But that's it. when you get the sports package, comfort package ect you are in the high 40's for this car. With that kind of money simply much better choices-Civic Type R, Subaru WRX Tr, Golf R, GR Corolla, a Base 4 cylinder Supra. For a few thousand more even the Integra Type S. All of these other choices are more engaging to drive than a 4 Cylinder Mustang Ecoboost.

It’s kind of messed up that my 2022 Mustang GT didn’t come with Digital dash. I’m so sick of analog but they put it in every 4 cylinder mustang??? Makes no sense.

I think it’s a great car. Just missing the sound. I had a Stinger GT line 2022 4cylinder 300 horsepower and that thing moved. I have a 2022 mustang GT which I love and would not get rid of it for any car. In fact I’m going to trade it in in a couple years for a dark horse.
