I would love to see a full “Road to the CrossFit Games”, “A day in the life of Alex Caron” or any documentary about him produced by the CrossFit Games! 💪🏼 wish you luck for the 2024 Games!

Friday night light event: For time 30 OHS 225M 185W into 250lb sled push to finish, turn right back around after time cap for another event of sled pull all the way down the field into handstand walk halfway and sprint to finish. Tell me what you think Dave?
