Dave, it’s a real shame you haven’t watched the 2022 games. Had some incredible events and reimagined what the games could look like for many people. Elevated Elizabeth, The Capitol, Echo Press, Sandbag Ladder and the Back Nine are big highlights! Many of the workouts had new implements and twists which made it that much more exciting, not watching what the games was like without you is a huge miss

During one WIR, you mentioned rucking and possibly creating a ruck program. Have you thought more about that? Can you do a video on your ruck setup for those of us starting to include that in our programming.

Hi Dave, I currently have my CF-L2 and would love to take the CCFT exam to get my L3 at some point. Are you looking to add more online courses or have thought of new ways to keep the L3 valid long term? I know we have to obtain 36 CEU’s every 3 years but I have taken a lot of these courses already. It would be great to either have more courses available or potentially find a better way to keep the L3 valid. It would definitely entice more people to take their L3. Thanks for all you are doing in the community. I’ve enjoyed all the athlete interviews. Best of luck at the Games.

Hey Dave just got back from Sydney australia visiting my beautiful girlfriend whose stationed out there. We visited an amazing Affiliate called CrossFit 168. They have 3 locations and all locations are affiliated. They informed me that they pay the new affiliate fee rate for each of the three locations. I feel like this could discourage affiliate owners from expanding the brand having to pay an additional full affiliate cost for each location. Does CrossFit HQ have some sort of affiliate discount rate in discussion for gyms that want to further expand their brand to multiple locations? Thanks in advance and hope to see you soon in the future

Bring back the Burden run or some of the events from 2013, 14, 15. Those were some of the best events ever.

Hey Dave, Athlete interviews have been awesome! With Boz programming teams and yourself programming for individuals, how would you describe y’all’s differences and similarities in programming overall…not just for the games? Will teams and individuals have similar games events or completely different?

Just trying to get my comment answered =p Thank you for your content! I'm really enjoying the Athlete Interview series! Now that CrossFit is working closely with Goruck for the next couple years, have you ever thought about having an event similar to their Goruck Selection? Something where it would test their mental fitness for a very long duration? For example, kick off the Games with a 12 hour overnight event where they would need to do a short (3-7 min) workout every hour on the hour? It would be more about a long mental fitness duration test, challenged with a little sleep deprivation.

Have you thought about doing UFC style weigh ins at athlete check in with the athletes height and weight to build hype around the games? It would be very cool to see actual accurate numbers on the game’s athletes.

Dave, in one of your athlete interviews you mentioned you needed a break from all things CrossFit. We sure hope this doesn’t mean this is your last year and swan song, as some have speculated. Get you a nice deload after the Games so you can stay in it for the long haul 🙏🏽
