Actually it’s not a rubbish implementation bro.. it’s a very good implementation. Rules are Vehicle owner friendly. It’s for those who keep getting transferred or keep moving around the country for their work. Now the problem is with individual state governments. Every state wants to have their share of Road Tax as tax is by far the most easiest and a major contributor to their revenues which they can use to spend all through the year for various activities. Now every state government wants that money hence the rule - pay once in 2 years for 7 times this you end up using the vehicle for its life(15 years) An owner of a vehicle - for first 2 years might live in Pune where he would have paid the road taxes in MH and then let’s say he/she gets transferred to Indore where they will pay road tax to MP for next two years. Thus both the state government will make money. Before this rule, owner had to pay the new state compete road tax which was a stupid rule in actual.

That’s not true. I have a car which has “C” and I bought the car in month of September. So that doesn’t make sense. But on the other hand I bought this bike in December and that is month 12 and M stands for 12( excluding “I”). That logic fits here but doesn’t fit my Car which ends with alphabet “C”.

Yes and No. Yes because plain sight mein same hain but paying once in 2 years(considering inflation the value is less). If someone is buying the bike on loan then that person will have to pay extra interest on the amount borrowed from the bank. Let’s say, it’s cheaper to borrow 3 lacs than 3.4 lacs. Woh jo extra 40K par interest lagta hain that is saved here. Then you pay once in 2 years, which you will save in that 2 years and pay for BH renewal.
