Great video, just picked up our Sport L over the weekend. At 10:57, those two blanks are also on the highest Touring trim. They are frequently referred to as "poverty switches" on lower trim vehicles because that is where additional features and buttons of the higher $$$ trims would typically be. Fortunately, it's not too obvious on this car. On the 2024 RAV4 we test drove, there was an entire row of six or so buttons and the poverty blanks were in between the functional ones LOL.

Thanks for this quick review. I bought one yesterday. The basic Sport model didn’t meet my needs but this L certainly did. I am disappointed the garage door remote is only available with the Touring model. It’s the only box left unchecked on my wish list. My salesperson quoted a hefty $500+ to add it aftermarket.

The Sport L hybrid has everything the Sport Touring hybrid has except the heated steering wheel, the Bose Sound System, and the hands-free power liftgate.
