How do you answer this question, 'Have you ever been denied visa to any country? When for instance you applied for B1B2 visa then got 214 because you did not meet the requirements. Is this a visa denial to USA country?

If I was granted my divorce decree in the US, but there is a 30 day wait period before I can marry again. Is it ok to send the packet within that 30 day wait period. Or should I wait until after that?

Good day ma pls I was done with my k1 visa interview this month 18 mar and I was approved to get a visa so my passport was taken was told to wait 5-10 working days to receive my visa but until now I still haven’t gotten any mail about my visa any helpful tips
