The 2024 Kia Sonet will replace the Stonic as the brand’s entry-level subcompact crossover. Also, compared to the Toyota Raize and some of its competitors, Kia (and Hyundai) do a far better job in making affordable cars, with its better-built interior and smoother engines. In fact, it shares the same platform as the Hyundai Stargazer and Creta, contributing to its class-above driving experience.

UPDATE: The Sonet’s pricing has been updated after today’s launch versus the prelimary prices during our pre-launch shoot. These are now the prices of the Sonet: 1.5 LX MT - P 758,000 1.5 LX AT - P 868,000 1.5 EX AT - P 978,000 1.5 SX AT - P 1,138,000

Very nice review - concise, straight to the point, and simple. If Raize made 4 cylinder tapos na ang laban and make it 1.3 engine.

Noob question kasi walang Hill assist ang variant lower than SX. aatras pa din ba yun IVT kahit na walang hill assist. diba mag crawl sya dapat pag naka drive kahit di apakan acceleration

This new Kia SONET is on my TopList. The best among 1M small SUV. But I'm bother by the influx of Chinese automakers invaders irresistible huge discount PROMOtion and hitech features. Probably takes time to decide but it hurts me with the repeatedly Chinese Navy incursion to our territories I might stick to Korean and Japanese brands. Sonet my best choice.

EX has no sunroof. Olive is SX exclusive. EX comes is blue.

Sorry about that! I forgot to shoot myself being at the back 😅 But I fit perfectly fine, and my height is 5’11” 😆 It’s a squeeze for three, though, since the interior is narrow.

talo talaga si Raize sa features, engine, and cylinder. Pero sa looks and pyesa Raize pa din ako. Kahit Raize biased ako, talo talaga si Raize dito. :( Sana may lumabas na 1.3 engine, 4 cylinder si Raize sa 2025.
