Welcome to the 2024 Lexus LBX. This is a compact crossover that sits below the UX in the Lexus line-up. Currently the UK receives a hybrid as its only powertrain option. This powertrain is shared with the Toyota Yaris Cross and utilises a 1.5 litre 3 cylinder petrol unit producing 134 bhp. 0-60 mph is just over 9 seconds and 61 mpg is claimed, however I seen around 53 mpg in my real world driving.
This particular Lexus LBX that I have on test is a Premium Plus model finished in the optional Sonic White paint. In this video I discuss my first impressions of the LBX.
