They don't allow spectators in Free Practice sessions. Every year (almost) I attend the Diriyah E Prix and they don't open the gates until Qualifying time.

@@jeffreypostma6832 I guess so. Here in Saudi Arabia these events run from 11am to at least 10pm, that's just the on track action, requiring marshals.

@thismanagain spectators are allowed in FP1 and FP2 in Monaco (I was in Sainte-Dévôte), the stands are just usually pretty much empty until qualifying time because of how early FP is (7:25 am local time)
