You clearly weren't actually there. There was a huge crowd along the entire parade route, and the streets were alive and thriving with crowds the whole day! Police and city services were everywhere and kept everything clean and safe. It was a great evening and everyone had a great time. Portland isn't dying, stop watching Fox news lol.

@@aboxofbeans i literally live by omsi along the waterfront, 15 minute public train ride, walked along pioneer square to south park blocks up to psu the whole time and there was more people in security uniforms then regular cloths but sure random Internet person who didn't name a single specific location As a 27 year old Hispanic American voter in Portland go get bent and try that brainwashing propaganda elsewhere

200,000 people downtown in total, not just the parade. Keep in mind the CityFair, Starlight Run, Starlight Parade, Pedalpalooza Kickoff, and the Timber's game were all happening at the same time. This is real life, not Fox News.

@@LordHeadcheez well as someone who lives in Portland IN REAL LIFE you just proved my original post, there were more workers and security then visitor the bike parade had the least amount of riders ive ever seen and literal population census shows a decline for the third year in a row, the double tree and benson hotels downtown aren't filling rooms and 3 more businesses just pullout from the area where the event is happening This is real life not CNN
