It's like before the moments were fleeting, the spark inside of me, things "seemed" so bad but I've been going through constant lessons and growth, how to control my energy and seeing how influential my words are to those around me. I am already feeling the new energies, started a few weeks ago...the most beautiful downloads of love that have me crying and running so much energy through my body, so beautiful. And then a few hours later there will be some sh*t storm in my life, some drama or trauma or some form of aggression or attack from somewhere. The contrast is brutal! The first few times it happened I was lost not understanding how i could be feeling so bliss-ed out in the morning and then facing so much drama a few hours later. But like your message confirmed its the contrast of polarities right. So now I worked out that following the cosmic downloads I can expect what I'm describing as "The Gremlins coming out". My guidance for navigating this is to accept as an antidote to judgement, just accept that whatever it is is happening, but only for a moment and that I am so much bigger than any 4D conditioned energies so it will pass. And give myself space to process and if possible avoid any known people or situations that could make it worse. So far so good...the paradox is it is the most intensity I have ever experienced (in both directions) but also the easiest it has ever felt to navigate it all without getting attached to either end of the spectrum. This makes so much sense! I got of my anti psychotics a few months ago, before that I was really doing great. Now I am coming to all my feelings being clear and I am so overwhelmed. I was so lost, because it felt like so much more, then just coming off my meds. It confused the **** out of me. I recognise the victim mentality and at the same time, not wanting to be stuck anymore, wanting to get back to the strenght where I was months ago but then forward. Interesting take on 2024, I’d like to add something, is nature bad or good? I’d say it’s a good thing because without it we wouldn’t have sustenance for life to live, grow and evolve and sometimes nature can be very destructive, but this can also be good because from destruction come something new, beautiful and more resilient. As for masculine and feminine and technological karma, this is very important that we face and deal with it no matter how uncomfortable it will be. Hi Sarah, could you make a video on the structure of ancestral souls? Are ancestral souls hanging out in 4D? For how long? When they move into higher dimensions to go back to source, do they leave behind their "essence"? Are we contacting their essence then? Who are mediums contacting when they contact famous dead people for example: Nikola Tesla, Einstein etc.? Wouldn't these old souls have ascended already? If we've lived thousands of years, we must also be ancestors for several several people, yes? How does that work for current incarnations since NOW is everything?
