Being a narcissist means not taking any responsibility for your own behaviour and being triggered by everything and everyone.

I think the best thing is to stay away from them and don"t give them any attention!

Love someone enough to let them go and find their own destiny 🔥

I follow RJ Spina and his understanding of narcs. They are not human. If u have met enough of them u will believe this. They really never change. If u are not careful they will drain u until u are a shell of a human being...be careful ppl. Dont think that narcs are like the normal or typical traumatized individual. They are different. Empaths are easy targets becoz they want to help and try to fix...these ppl cant be fixed

I see narcissism as an intelligent survival mechanism. As I've dived deep into my unconscious I saw how we can heal the narcissist. I was in deep healing from narcissistic abuse and could see that I have also carrying those traits. When I asked the question... Can we heal the narcissist? I got a big mighty YES! as my answer and it resonated throughout my whole bodies. I already knew that our whole society was narcissistic. Where the narcissist ruled with manipulation and and false promises. This is why narcissism is spreading, because of "the fittest survive" mentality or programming. We all have narcissistic trates because of trauma. Some more and some less. Narcissism is the society's biggest illness and LOVE is the cure. 🌟💓🌍💓🌟

The Earth School sent a Narcissist from Hell into my life so I could learn the hardest lesson I have ever had to learn, now I see why people hate them SO MUCH. Before the Monster came along I had a pretty happy life. Has taken 4 years to get this lesson finished, yes I let him live, but he called out the warrior in me many times. I am having a little trouble seeing you point of view though and will work on that.

Denial is an automatic defense mechanism that protects us from painful reality.

I can concur I ended up getting into a type of loop through my projection w/truth of my reality (to say the least) in my family and it fed into my shadow and pulled my family apart for my own suspicions. I caught myself tho and started to accept and walk in love and brought us all back together and we have been closer than I could have ever imagined. I started to just feel love and truly listened and saw them for who they were and accepted their truth even about me. I began to notice that my relationships and my family became more empowered themselves and open. This is definitely a needed lesson for everyone and a constant reminder to myself.

I definitely have to reconsider how narrow minded I am in my approach.. I always say everything is based on perception yet never fully embrace the lenses of others. I just end up trying to tweak their perspective hoping that it offers fruit. But with the constant need to change things, I'm not accepting what's infront of me. Not everything is a test or challenge to overcome. Sometimes it's just a rough patch the requires love.. I was being linear in my viewpoints and acceptance.. tons of projection and patterns.. I don't have the answers to everything.. I have great intuitive nature, but that leads to pride when it becomes the only source of truth. I needed this. Thank you and I'm sorry.. I got a lot from this. At the age of 53 I am very very careful trying not to project and not take in projections of others. It is not easy, but knowing myself well helps. I grew up isolated with a Narcissistic Father -and so, yes he became like that frozen in the state of a 1 year old child innocently, by accident…? I don’t know… maybe some karma there ? I became an empath. But I still must try to not feel like I have to save people or carry their burdens. Literally a day after this came out and I watched it the first time my relationship was ended by a person I had been with fir a month and started to suspect they had narcissistic trait. I thought at first maybe this was mental, but I kept getting that intuition multiple times and while I was hurt I wished them the best and feel a sense of relief with it now ended as I know my intuition was correct. I’m glad you distinguished projections with over confidence and unwillingness/inability to open to various perspectives. We all have projections, but ultimately it’s the willingness to consider otherwise that allows for connection and love. My guides, after the most abusive relationship of my life with someone who openly told me they were narcissistic, showed me her perspective and her thoughts were 100% projection. Despite any gentle, transparent, and loving attempts to reach her, my guides emphasized “she could not see passed her fears.” It was tragic and eye-opening, because it’s what I suspected, but to see it directly was another story. Wow, I was analysing the mind the other day and came to the conclusion that every mind is narcissistic, because we all project our own reality onto everything and everyone around us. This after spending a decade with a “quote on quote” narcissist, reflecting on my role in his life and his in mine. I realised then, service to self is the ability to see, with clarity, another, without ones own traumatic projections and loving them anyway. ✨

I appreciate very much the mention of positive projections as well as negative projections! Sometimes we stay in our little clubs along with others and we agree (collude) to be what others project on us… This is not authentic living. I am especially going to look at this positive projection piece that you have presented. It reminds me of an exercise we were asked to do in a spiritual growth seminar: to walk about the room and meet others face to face and say, « you remind me of myself and how I …(and then own what you think you know about yourself). » An example: « You remind me of myself and how I try to always do everything myself, without asking for help where I struggle ».

Being a narcissist is to mentally project insecurities, traumas, hopes, desires, excitement and fears onto others and not see them for who they are. Being a narcissist is to get others to do whatever I want, whatever my WILL is and whatever my agenda is. Being a narcissist is to only see what I want to see and refuse to change my mind & beliefs or to see it deeper or clearer or connect with it more. To heal is to love. Love seeks to understand and know another (or thyself) through intimacy. Love seeks to see others however they present themselves to be. Love seeks to learn more about others. Love creates connection and love is open. Love is freedom. But before that: come into alignment with whatever reality is. Accept that reality. Even if it sucks. Understand thyself. Then extend and give this gift of self-love to others. This will automatically remove the mental projections we have placed onto others and take us into the 'service to others' pathway. This video is kicking my ass in a great way! Yesterday, I was spending time with another and I recognised that my projection of an "us" on this person was not active, and whenever I tried to exert it, it would in essence, deactivate. It was only till now that I could put words to that. I have been contemplating narcissism lately. I have noticed the same exact patterns of abuse from them, and it made me feel like it was a program running inside of these people. Sarah, i would LOVE your feedback on this. I grew up Christian (and I knew even as a child they had it all wrong) and I have been trying to make sense of demons. I have come to a conclusion that when people make the choice to take the path of the narcissist, or their vibrational state, perhaps that's when a negative entity can attach to the person and run that "narcissist programming". Sarah! I love the timing of your videos, they are always linked to the themes I am experiencing and the downloads I am receiving. It is so very helpful when I hear the same thing but from a different perspective and not just from my own higher mind...it makes it more "real" for me somehow. It is expansive! I just got that in this moment as I wrote this, I am making room for anthers point of view and not just seeing my own. OMG I love this part of the journey!

Within my reality and personal experince I have whitnessed that a lot of the time narcissism begins with empathy. Usually at a young age, highly sensitive individuals who are unaware of their emotional intellegence from an internal perspective, are bombarded with impressions from others because they are usually able to process others emotions. The pure form of this would be empathy, but because this often happens at a young age, there just isn’t the emotional strength or mental fortitude to be able to withstand the impressions of others and so they become separate from empathy and are used more like a tool. This creates narcissism. There are essentially two paths. One stays in that place of being the emotional and psychic punching bag for others, never really seeing their own potential as well as allowing others to become addicted to their own emotional energy, or narcissism occurs as a reaction to this and it is quite innocent in the sense that a narcissist starts to see empathy as a “doing” rather than a “being”. And so for self preservation they can just turn empathy off. When that empathy is left off for too long, this is when it becomes true service to self. Someone healing from either inner or outter narcissistic abuse, has to relearn how to empathize from a place of detatchment. This video was very helpful thank you.

Wow 😮 so glad this appeared on my feed Im a healing empath and when I discovered what narcissism was it catalyzed one of many of my awakening experiences on this journey. I am now growing more compassionate to those who have been in a deep state of denial sleep and separation from Source. I was angered at first but this educational video has shifted my perspective. I had shamanic hypnotherapy which changed my responses so that narcissism wouldn't work on me. One part involved an ancient tale, which happened in the time of the eternal dawn. It involves a child and her playmate, and their village. The girl is given a gift by the fairies - a bracelet where, if she ever fell into danger, she could tap it, and instantly be transported to a magical garden high in the mountains where no human has ever passed. She would wait till nightfall and return to the village. She was able to explore places the other children could not reach, and the children were in awe of her abilities and she was very popular. She quickly became bored of her playmate and began ignoring him, and insulting him, because every time she was brought to account she would simply vanish. Her behaviour caused the first war, although mortality hadn't begun in those days. Food fell from the sky, until this point, when the sky god decided to take the food away from mankind as punishment. However, the wicked girl had her own ideas - she began to eat the plants, and her friends the animals and even the other children copied her. This caused the sky god to take their speach away, except for the humans so they could confess their wrongs. The girl became bored of eating plants and decided to gobble up some of the animals. This began the cycle of life and death which we are in now. Eventually the playmate notices the bracelet and catches on to the girls shawl startling her and making her tap the bracelet. They both arrive in the mountain garden, now overgrown and rotting. The boy, now a man, draws a thread from the bracelet and the harm begins to undo. As he unwinds the thread, every life that was lost is restored, plant animal or person. The sky becomes open again so that man can see and speak to the gods. The couple are granted passage into the next phase of soul evolution, where they become birds. The way the tale is told is to cause the student to become trauma bonded by proxy, as they identify with the playmate and are given similar tasks to do in the healing lodge that the character does - the hypnotist addresses the character but looks directly at the person, assuming the role of the enchantress. At the end of the tale, she allows her sleeve to fall away revealing the bracelet she made as a shamanic apprentice. In our case it didn't seem to physically teleport us like the one in the tale, however the sequence as a whole had seemed to have a similar effect because of the depth of trance. During the proxy trauma bond the student is brought into and out of the fairy tale many times. When a trauma bond hit me for real, I was able to step back and ensure that my daily life went on without hitches. Later I realised that my partner wasn't truly a narcissist but had cptsd which could be healed. Then we discovered the full extent of our spiritual connection. ☯️

oh man I just love your explanations! This was the best explanation of these energies that I have ever heard!! I'd been feeling these things for awhile, but without these words to describe it. I knew though, that I really had to learn to love myself and that was the most important thing. Its crazy though, because they will tell you THAT (self love) is the narcisism! I was called selfish for doing things that were right for me. Now though, everything has shifted. I feel so free and in love with life!
