Agar electrical breakdown hua to steering work karega ?

Good question. The steering will still work if the battery dies or there is an electrical problem, it just won't have any power assistance. That will just make the steering very heavy.

Is it good value proposition to buy pure plus i.e base version of safari

Honestly, the Safari is pretty well equipped from the base variant itself, and if I'm not mistaken, the Pure+ is one above the base variant. You will get all the essential stuff and almost 70% of the features of top spec model. So in my opinion, it does offer quite a good value proposition.

Can you please help me on manual varient of Safari? Should i go for it especially about cluch....soft or hard

The clutch is on the lighter side, but it has quite a sharp biting point which can take some getting used to. I would highly recommend taking a test drive to see if you are comfortable with it. In my honest opinion, the automatic gearbox suits the Safari a little better.
