This was available in USA, it was called Prius C there (the first gen). But it never got a good marketing response so they decided to discontinue it. But this 2nd gen seems like a huge upgrade.

@@Andrew-lb1up No I don't think they're gonna do that. US has moved on to bigger cars, now everyone wants to own an SUV or a Crossover. There's a very small market left for these type of small cars, not worth for the company to invest. It is still sold in Japan because Japanese still prefer smaller, more fuel efficient vehicles.
