I had a project to convert a Death Jester into a model for my SBG warband, and with the Marrowscroll, I might have a fun proxy that is in theme with my "Failed Arthurian Legends" wight band

@@OffMetaMusings I hope it'll look cool. Also have to figure out a good proxy/model rule for a Lady of the Lake that's just the girl from the Ring sealed by multiple swords, and each ruler is slowly releasing her by retrieving a royal blade.

In my heart I feel like there is value in the Cairn Wraith's "Soul-Marked Prey" ability to essentially boost the strength of all fighters against the target

@@OffMetaMusings Yeaaaaaaahhhh. It's definitely just flying around pointing at things and snagging objectives on platforms. And even then you're using a double that could have been an onslaught. Only really worth it if you're boosting multiple fighters up to 4s or 3s. Pairing it with Necropolis stalkers could be good in certain matchups, I guess And then you gotta think about the other death allies you're missing out on.

I think you’re spot on with all of these personally, and I’m glad you gave some love to the Varghulf. It’s getting some hate mail now unfortunately… I don’t think it’s as terrible either as it should be more of a centre piece ally or even a leader with plus one toughness. What was more disappointing was the Abhorrent ArchRegent losing the Chosen of the King ability😢. Great analysis! You definitely opened my eyes to the exiled dead way back and I still think they’re very very good.

I've been testing some pretty interesting builds of the Mounted Knight of Shrouds. Give it +1 T, and its double keeps it in the game for a long time.

I'm wondering why we can't play with characters like Radukar, the Volga's and other one's like that in warcry, that cut a lot of potentially cool and powerfull fighter to add on a SBGL warband

Generally, warcry doesn't have named characters outside of bladeborn warbands. If those guys got bladeborn rules they would definitely get a warcry port :)

They are fine imo; Prince Duvalle is pretty neat with his attack boost but they aren't really used outside Soulblight so I can't really call them allies XD
