Excellent presentation Reese.....always thorough, precise and professional. Sweet-looking car....I really love the color. If I may ask, do me a fav and give me a heads up if you receive any info on future Jetta GLI models. Any redesigns on the drawing board....engine upgrades to bring it more in line with the GTI or R?? I currently own a '22 GLI Autobahn in Pure Gray with black package and absolutely love it. It's leading a pretty easy life as it only has 16,300 miles on it. I'm just chomping at the bit to hear if VW has anything planned for future GLI models. Thanks again and keep those Vdubs rolling.

The Golf R costs in Spain 60k €, and if you go for the 20th anniversary version, it will be around 70k. CRAZY.

But an Arteon isn’t a GTI especially in terms of being a driver’s car. GTI’s and Golf R’s are normally purchased by enthusiasts who know their history.

The interior of this car is such a letdown. Soooo much plastic! And all that piano black…ugh. Don’t even get me started my time on the controls. Worst in the industry. Some advice for VW: buy a Mazda product and see how interiors are supposed to be done.

I bought my son the Mazda 3 and myself a GTI mk8. The interiors are on par with each other. Both beautiful. Just in different ways.

@@katiecannon8186 Far more hard plastic in the GTI. Seats not as comfortable on long hauls too.
