Bought some 3/8" thick copper off amazon for $20 to make my own then decided to just run my copper 2/0 directly to where it needed to be insted. Maybe you could bypass all that fancy aluminum with your copper wire the same or replace it with copper insted of the aluminum. That's alot of power to be dealing with. Be safe. 😎👍👍

Mechman gave you a 2 pin IN6009 regulator instead of a 3 pin IN6003 - Voltage will be 0.2 volts lower (so 14.8 cold, and 14.6 hot). This will be perfect since you are running LiFePO4 - You we're actually overcharging it a bit on your old setup which was a 15.0v cold set point (14.8 hot) .. it was just a little bit overcharging so not major damage, but they gave you the perfect setup this time. I am very happy to see they decided to do that, I have alot of trust in Mechman after seeing this.

Get yourself a chunk of aluminum and make yourself a dual alt bracket

Yo Parker. I don't know why you aren't planning to use your Headway lithium bank in parallel with the Winston cells. They are the same exact chemistry and are being charged by the same alternator. They will be a big help pushing that 20k Korean Half Bridge Amp. Trust me. You even have a perfect spot to put it, right above the Winston cells, beside the amplifier on the amplifier shelf. It should fit. You definitely should use your own lithium plus theirs if you want to demo 20k all day with only a 240a alternator.

fuse the wires, not the amps. fuse any wire that comes off a positive power connection. i noticed a couple 16g ish sized wires that I couldn't see fusing on. always fuse as close to the source of power as possible.

Don't use your other plug and play adapter! It's what is causing your original problem, especially after you stabbed your meter lead into the terminal and stretched it out.
