Day 6 ✅ The 30sec break after every 5min is actually so good and has so many pros. 1. You can have a break and relax a bit, 2. It tells you exactly how much workout you have left.

@@alisstg yes! I did the challenge for two weeks, the second using weights and I noticed some changes, specially in my things and waist.

I work from home like 8 hours a day, so I spend a lot of time on my chair. I do these exercises after I finish and omg I feel so relieved. Thanks so much ❤❤❤

This workout is great! Exactly what I needed. But I found difficult enjoying exercising when ads randomly appeared... Coild you please move it a little bit? When exercise ends or when I have a little break. Please ❤ This workout is so good

god, i thought its gonna be easy, but god NO, it feels hot all mybody is burning, my tip concentrate in breathing and forcing every muscle in each exercise, so good, recommended guys! ;) 💗💗💗
