Nice wrestling match by GBs jones

is this wwe or tkd? this was such a messy fight....not good at all. Like, i understand that jade jones should be fighting at a closer range due to being the shorter opponent, but she would throw like four kicks and only score one or none at all. I think jones fights better when she's the one setting the pace of the fight. Like, she caught zolotic offguard with that roundhouse kick to the face. Her punches were also rly good beat-changers that opened new opportunities to fight closer. I also noticed that Zolotic didn't rly use her height to her advantage in this fight. That situation she had when she was doing spins and flailing her arms over jones' head was terrible. If she had been more solid with her front leg, jade jones wouldn't have scored as much as she did. Zolotic only fights at one pace and gets thrown off if she gets clipped by something fast. If she were fast and a little less tense, she would be a lot better. I don't understand why Zolotic would try to compete with jade jones with the short range fighting being the taller fighter. She knew that jones had a stronger inside game, so it wasn't smart to go against that. She also fights rly stiff. Needs to work on the grabbing as well. When she scored that first crescent kick, she threw it with HOPE of landing it. She did that a lot throughout the fight. She would throw kicks HOPING they would score, she had no confidence in some of her kicks, hence why she didn't rly score and make contact as much as jones did. Zolotic also gets pushed back way too easily. The only reason why jade struggled to push zolotic was because zolotic was taller. BOTH girls need stamina. They also need to work on the gam-jeon calls that they were getting. Jade is strong only when she's not tired, hence the stamina mentioned before. Zolotic, to me, is just a really floppy fighter. There's not rly an emphasis behind her kicks. When they were pushing each other, they were only pushing straight on. No one rotated to kick. I actually think that there should've been more movement coming from jones, as she was the shorter fighter. This is my analysis of the fight.

A shame to see that all of Great Britain Taekwondo is adopting Bianca Walkden’s wrestling strategy. Seems to be the only way they can win these days.

The type of TKD Jade Jones is a disgrace. Does more pushing than kicking. There is no variety of technique

This is Taekwondo as we know it. Teach old school while adapting to new rules. Front leg wins. 😂
