Maybe treat and pay your workers properly, and listen when they say something is wrong and needs to be fixed. Companies are 99% of the time in the wrong on this stuff, and this time is no different

this guys “outraged” but sends me an email saying they will find me a flight within 48 hours.. without any accommodation in the meantime. I’m stuck in Calgary and need to be home tomorrow. Fn joke.

No... I see two guys who don't even have Canadian accents. The don't know how it works in canada. I suspect their resumes from whatever country they came from were padded. There's probably a lot of nepotism at the top. And the minister took one look at it and said "we'll put it in front of an arbitrator" and 6 months from now that arbitrator is going to rule 100% in favor of the union.
