This is the 2nd cook on my 70th Anniversary Edition Weber Kettle and for the first time I'll be trying out the 24 hr salt brine method. Now I won't spoil everything for you but I will tell you that this steak here....definitely did NOT disappoint!💯 It was perfectly crusted with that Bearded Butchers' Black Seasoning to top it off.. smh, phenomenal!!
