Come Join us on a Food Tour in Chennai, we did a whole Day of Eating here in Chennai in Tamil Nadu, India 🇮🇳.
We had a amazing Breakfast at Muragan Idli House enjoying a authentic South Indian Breakfast with some signature Idlis and a Filtered Coffee. After that we grabbed us some Indian Streetfood : Gobi 65, which is basically fired Cauliflower with some fried Curry leafs which as a perfect Midday Snack. In the Evening we went to Sowcarpet here in Chennai to enjoy some amazing Masala Dosa and end off the day with the crispiest Jalebi in all of Chennai.
What a great day of eating here in Chennai, this was one of the best Food Tours we had so far!
Definitely tell us if we missed Something.

Since you guys are already in Tamil Nadu, you should really check out some of the hill stations there. Tamil Nadu has some of the loveliest hill stations in India - if you have time, visit Kodaikanal, Yelagiri, Yercaud, Kotagiri or Ooty. The weather in those places should also be much cooler since they're on a higher altitude. Also, I know Kodaikanal and Ooty (maybe the other hill stations too) have some Tibetan settlers and there is lovely Tibetan food to be had.

Your eating with such ease with hands, lovely ! Parotta and kurma is best in Chennai, cheap and best !! Also, ancient temple culture in Tamilnadu is very nice ... it could give a different experience to you guys !

U can visit Hampi here stones make sounds of musical instruments Dharmashala, Gokarna, wayanad,varakala for nature and beaches for architecture u can visit shore temple mahabalipuram, world heritage site tanjavur bruhadeeshwara temple tamilnadu, sreeramgam, chidambaram, madurai Meenakshi temple tamilnadu

I always ask for double strong filter coffee without sugar.. most of the hotels add a bit of sugar to get dense decoction

In Chennai, dinner time they mostly have tiffin, light stuff as dosai, idli, parota. You might not find rice for dinner. That is also the reason for you all not getting dosa in the noontime. lunch time is only thali mostly.

I'll suggest you guys lot of South Indian food items and snacks. You guys must try it, you really like it. Parrota with kuruma, kuli paniyaram( you can get spicy and also sweet), idiyappam, Murukku, groundnuts bar, maccroni not macrron(from thoothukudi), halwa( from thirunel veli), Its summer you guys can try Nungu(ice apple). Etc..... So many items are there if you try it you guys r love it❤

Guyz... Start Masala Dosa from the centre. You have to dig the centre. Dosai is tamil word for Dosa. BTW, not only hotel is crowded, but there were food delivery guyz taking stuff for home delivery. So must be a popular spot. Just stick to filter coffee as long as you are at Chennai

I am loving your videos so much guys. I am watching your videos to find out which street foods I should try. You guys should also visit Surat in Gujarat. It is heaven for food lovers. In Gujarat, there is saying "Surat Nu Jaman Ane Kashi Nu Maran" which means, Eat in Surat and Die in Kashi for the ultimate experience of the soul. No matter if its a happy occasion or sad occasion, Surti people will have the food for that occasion. Surti people live to eat tasty food. There are so many Gujarati items like Dhokla, Khaman, Khamni, Fafda, Locho, Khandavi, Patra etc. All are veg items but tastes heavenly. You will also find modified version of Dosa called Fancy Dosa and it tastes amazing which is available only in Surat and no where else in the world.

Wow, the food looks delicious! You guys should definitely check out Mahabalipuram which is an UNESCO world heritage site. It's got beautiful temples, stunning beaches, and some incredible historical sites. Plus, there are some really cool beach resorts on OMR (Old Mahabalipuram Road) nearby where you can relax after a day of exploring. It's nearly 1.5 hrs away from chennai.

In Chennai, all vloggers misses out Appam with vadacurry in the local eateries.. OR poori OR idly with Vadacurry.. if you ever get a chance to eat these combos, DONT EVER MISS IT.. I can't stress enough.. its very tasty..

If you are in Chennai, don't miss Set dosa + Vada Curry combo (available at all times)at Shree Balaaji Bhavan located at Thygarayar Road, T Nagar. It is a very famous restaurant and offers this Chennai speciality.

I loved the south Indian dishes in Chennai. They make really delicious chutnies and not like the run down water like in Bangalore. Western ppl r missing out so much variation in veggie dishes. Wish I could visit Tamil Naidu just to fulfill my craving. Already drooling bucketful.

Tongue recognises 5 types taste. salt, sweet, sour, bitter, and umami. Pepper or chilli hotness is not recognised by tongue. Their hotness is felt by upper jaw palate. Drink coffe , tea etc after salt food not immediately after eating sweats.

You should also try "Rawa Dosa" and "Pesarettu" when you visit South India next time. Try "RasMalai" & "Jalebi" for Sweet

Its not honey in 'jalebi' its pure sugar. I don't know its popular in South or not but you can try 'jalebi' with 'rabbdi'. Rabbdi is made of milk and some dry fruits and it is boiled untill it becomes thick and smooth and served cold.
