This 24 minute workout uses one set of light dumbbells to strengthen and tone your entire body after pregnancy. The 1 means this workout is designed for when you are getting into exercise postpartum (and that can mean you had a baby weeks ago or years ago), but this workout is appropriate for anyone, as there are options for all fitness levels. Please make sure you have been cleared by a doctor for exercise after having your baby before you do this or any other workout.

My favorite line in this video..."you showed up,you're successful!" Being a mother of little ones is hard work! To take the time to exercise when they nap, rather than napping myself, is a battle in and of itself

I followed Amy’s workouts during pregnancy . Some of them are very beginner friendly without being intimidating… it boosted my energy by level, and confidence, and totally helped me get my 20 min of workout in during pregnancy. I would choose a diff workout based on how tired I was that day…. Also did her labor inducing workout 5 days prior due date. My second delivery was a vbac and I got closure and my confidence back! Now I am 6 m pp follow Amy’s post natal workouts. Amy, u r indeed my lucky charm!!! Thank you for the fun friendly workouts! Love ur personality and the way u drive them . Keep it going !!!

Just got medically cleared for exercise...6 weeks postpartum. No diastasis recti but still being careful with strengthening my TVA and pelvic floor muscles. I’m a Pilates instructor and know how important that is! I love working out with you throughout my pregnancy and now postnatal....so cool!

You are absolutely bloomin lovely and so so good btw. I try and do.one of your workouts daily but with 5 children (all quite young), I'm.sometimes.so.shattered. But despite struggling to.change up.some poor eating habits, doing your workouts is already helping my body take better shape over two.weeks. I will be persevering for sure! Thanks so much!

Hi again Amy! You probably don’t remember me - I had to stop at 35 weeks due to health. Baby came early unfortunately but we are both good now at 6 weeks pp and i am so glad you have these videos for easing back. Thank you, looking forward to being the best me for my children. ❤️

I feel bad, my youngest is 23, so should be doing more. But menopause seems to be delivering similar symptoms that a new mom would have. Love your workouts, thank you Amy.

Hi there!! I am 6mos postpartum now and I watch and follow your exercises everyday. My pre pregnancy weight is 43kg. After birth(c-section) I became 114lbs and after following your exercises and diet, i am now down to 98lbs.. I can't wait to do your intense exercises once i am able to.. by the way, you are so pretty and I almost memorized all your words in the videos😅

I'm also a C section. It's been almost 5 months I started from walking almost everyday. I started also light weight (5lbs) and I feel great! Good luck!
