Always enjoy your workouts (2+ years since I first found them on KZfaq), and appreciate that you keep adding new and diverse content for different levels! With social isolation restricting many from going to the gym, I share your videos with family/friends via email links so they can maintain physical fitness and health at home, and we sometimes do ‘zoom workouts’ together. If there is a better way for me to do this, please let me know - I want to make sure you get the maximum benefits/credits for creating these!

7 months postpartum and I did the more advanced movements. Just the right level for me! It was really nice to slow things down, focus on muscle activation and not relying on that muscle memory!

Not any of these but needed a gentler ab workout. Wish I knew of you channel 2 years ago when I had a radical hysterectomy. I figured it out but you have better moves!

I've never been pregnant, but as a senior exerciser, I appreciated this one with a slower pace--I sometimes slowed even more, since I wasn't using light weights and have to be careful of joints. I get hips to ribs, but not hips toward each other on bridges--rolling knees closer? Couldn't figure that one out. Anyway, thanks!

I’m 4 weeks post hip replacement. I wonder if this would be good for me. Not allowed to plank or push-ups yet.

Does anyone know what weights to use?
@vampvswolf3 жыл бұрын
She was using 8lbs and 10lbs. I used 5lbs.
@sinclair18923 жыл бұрын
If you don’t currently use weights I would start with 3lbs or 5lbs maximum and then work up from there as you build strength. I started with 2lb weights since that was all I had and someone gave them to me and worked up to 10lb dumbbells over the course of a few months.
