what's up! In today's video I get a fully custom made front bash bar so that my front bumper isn't hanging on by a thread anymore lol. I also get the car aligned and removed my VLSD differential to get the car ready to install a welded diff to get ready for my first actual track day! oh and I also show how to do a full power steering flush :) subscribe to get future updates on the drift build and see me take it drifting at a track for the first time!

You need to install a consult cable into your car, so you can get a live reading of what your sensors are doing.

If you haven't try checking the tps, mine was doing the same idle thing but stopped after I adjusted it

Only S13 that would have come with a factory VLSD is the hicas equipped hatches. So someone probably swapped that diff back in the day. That bar is a "lower tie rod" it essentially strengthens the toe rod connection points. Under high load cornering (not so much in the case of a drift car) the rear toe arms place tremendous stress on those mounting holes under acceleration. Enough abuse and they can tear or get stress cracks. Happens to Honda guys with big rear sway bars. I would keep it. It does help. If I was you, I would just refresh the entire rear end. If your arms aren't worn, no sense in wasting more money on more arms. Most aftermarket arms come with spherical bearings in place of the OG rubber bushes. They don't often fail. Check on my video on this, just finally stopped being lazy and did my subframe. The arms on my car have been on my car since 2005! They don't just fail unless they take actually damage from a hard hit. I have a lot of energy suspension knuckle bushings left that you could do the entire rear end with. LMK if you wanna pick them up. Will give you a fair price on them.

appreciate that bro! I got some gktech bushings ready but imma hold off on rebuilding the sub frame at the moment, everything still works fine I just want to drive already, after a few drift days I will refresh everything and the arms !

that’s literally the first thing I thought of and I think imma just do it later lmao 😭 imma get some alignment plates and just align it myself next time too prob since ill prob be making adjustments on track
