Man I was straight stressing on how to install my KBD Kit on my RX7 FC, especially the front bumper. After searching I really couldn't find anything FC specific involving the KBD kit but then I remembered that USDM S13s and FCs have very similar front bumper mounting situations going on. So I decided to look at what you 240 guys are doing to mount your KBD kits in hopes it would give me some insight on how to install mine and boy did you deliver. It had been so long since I had taken the front bumper off that I had forgotten it had mounting brackets and that was one of the first things you mentioned. My brackets required some trimming because I went with the version of the kit with the headlight cut outs but other than that the process is practically identical. Thanks for the content man your video was so well made and explained so well it was able to help me, someone who has a completely different car and no experience installing body kits, install a body kit.

aye my 240 be turning off so i madea dummy fuse and its been turning on but since its a dummy fuse it tends to melt the plastice around the copper wire but fs check you fuse box

Might wanna check the maf housing for a leak it was kinda hard to tell when you were squeezing the intake tube and making O O O ‘s good content tho..

If you're ever down on power always check the intercooler couplings. I've seen it happen to a bunch of youtubers, they keep checking everything and having a hard time figuring out what's wrong and weeks later they discover it was a loose intercooler pipe the entire time

Glad the car is up and going bro! In the future the 240sx and most Nissans/infiniti of this era have one short and one long axle. Most RWD IRS cars are designed this way to try and mitigate wheel hop. The passenger side is the long axle and the driver is short. Looks like the previous owner had two short axles In there.

Only S13 that would have come with a factory VLSD is the hicas equipped hatches. So someone probably swapped that diff back in the day. That bar is a "lower tie rod" it essentially strengthens the toe rod connection points. Under high load cornering (not so much in the case of a drift car) the rear toe arms place tremendous stress on those mounting holes under acceleration. Enough abuse and they can tear or get stress cracks. Happens to Honda guys with big rear sway bars. I would keep it. It does help. If I was you, I would just refresh the entire rear end. If your arms aren't worn, no sense in wasting more money on more arms. Most aftermarket arms come with spherical bearings in place of the OG rubber bushes. They don't often fail. Check on my video on this, just finally stopped being lazy and did my subframe. The arms on my car have been on my car since 2005! They don't just fail unless they take actually damage from a hard hit. I have a lot of energy suspension knuckle bushings left that you could do the entire rear end with. LMK if you wanna pick them up. Will give you a fair price on them.
